Many Mexicans and other non-whites legally enter the United States every year and become citizens. Many more illegal aliens enter and are never deported. In fact, President Bush wants to open the borders to make it easier for them to get in. Yet, 83 year old Michael Negele, a naturalized United States citizen since 1955 is going to be deported. Mr. Negele is of German descent and came to the United States in 1950. In 1999, his citizenship was revoked because the government claims he lied on his Visa application. They claim that he was a member of the Nazi Waffen SS and was a guard at the Sachsenhausen concentration camp near Berlin. Mr. Negele has argued that he had no involvement in the atrocities for which he is being blamed, but his appeals of deportation to the United States Supreme Court were denied without comment. Despite his age and failing health, the 83 year old St. Louis, Missouri man will likely be deported. more>>>

Several politically motivated arrests have been made over the last few days of members and leaders of the BNP. Those arrested include BNP leader Nick Griffin, BNP founding member John Tyndall, and even a 70 year old man who is a member of the BNP. Members of the American Indian Movement in Ohio endangered sports fans at a Cleveland game by setting fire to a 3 foot tall “Chief Wahoo” (the Cleveland Indian’s baseball team logo) outside the stadium. The Indian Extremists claimed they were legally justified in setting fire outside the ballpark under 1st Amendment freedom of speech laws, just as if they had been burning a flag. They said they believed the baseball team’s logo to be “racist.” However, the court upheld the convictions of the Indians who used an accelerant in lighting the fire, which the court ruled increased the danger to fans at the ballpark. more>>>

Hungarian “holocaust survivors” are seeking monetary payment from the United States government for items that were allegedly siezed by Nazis and recovered by Americans during World War II. The United States government argues it does not owe any money to these Jews because the statute of limitations has run out on the claim and the government is entitled to immunity. Rabbi Israel Singer, chairman of the World Jewish Congress, after attending negotiations said that the two sides had come no where near a settlement “sufficient to even address the symbolic nature” of a payment he expects the United States government to make. Should the Jews get their way in this settlement, it could give as many as 30,000 Jews a settlement of $10,000 each. (Perhaps someone should ask to see proof of ownership from each of these 30,000 Jews for the supposedly “stolen” items)

Jose Elias, an 18 year old mexican living in Dallas, Texas, has been linked with five violent sexual assaults in Dallas and the Kansas City area. He has been sentenced to life in prison for one of the attacks which happened at White Rock Lake. Susan Rosenberg was convicted in 1984 of weapons possession. Prosecutors said she had more than 600 pounds of explosives that she and another defendant had planned to use in “non-lethal” bombings.

Rosenberg’s 58-year prison sentence was commuted in 2001 by President Clinton, and since then she has worked as a writer, an activist for human rights, prisoner rights and AIDS. She currently teaches literature at John Jay School of Criminal Justice in New York. Read more »

Seven US marines have been killed in two separate incidents in Iraq’s al-Anbar province, the military said on Monday, a day after American warplanes pounded Falluja with missiles.

It was unknown if the deaths were connected to the fighting in the volatile western Iraqi city.

In a statement, the military said the seven marines with the 1st Marine Expeditionary Force died while conducting “security and stabilisation operations” in al-Anbar province, a vast region that comprises Falluja and Ramadi. Read more »

Johannesburg - The police’s forensic unit is facing “a serious crisis” with a backlog of thousands of DNA tests - crucial evidence in criminal cases - which have been amassing for the past year.

The situation has become so serious that state prosecutors “take a gamble in trying to complete criminal cases without the DNA tests while hoping and praying for a guilty verdict”.

It is claimed the police policy to almost never promote white officers any longer is at the heart of the problem. The result is that “experienced, trained and knowledgeable DNA analysts” leave the unit.

Inspector François Bekker, the unit’s media spokesperson, said on Tuesday that of about 50 000 requests from prosecutors countrywide for DNA analyses received in 2003, about 7 000 have been outstanding for longer than seven months. Continued>>>

A civil rights group has accused the Israeli interior ministry of grossly and systematically violating the rights of non-Jews in Israel in order to maintain the state’s ethnic purity.

Attackers have stormed the heavily fortified US consulate in Jedda before security forces shot dead three of them and captured two.

An interior ministry official said in a statement on Saudi Arabian television that security forces had regained control of the consulate after the attack on Monday.

Security sources said the attackers had killed four Saudi guards.

The sources said initially the attackers had taken 18 local staffers hostage but diplomats said they might have been trapped in the building during the shootout. The sources said all staff in the consulate were now safe.

Gollnisch, a university professor, told reporters that although he acknowledges the fact that delousing chambers did in fact exist, “Historians must really decide whether they were really used to kill Jews.” He urged a debate “to verify whether the actual number of deaths was indeed six million.” If convicted, he faces a fine, a prison sentence and loss of his job.

Four members of the AIPAC pro-Israel lobbying group have been served with subpoenas to appear before a grand jury as the FBI investigates whether Israel had a high-level spy in the Pentagon, AIPAC said on Wednesday.

Federal Bureau of Investigation agents conducted searches Wednesday in AIPAC offices, as part of the investigation into suspicions that senior AIPAC officials received classified information from Pentagon analyst Larry Franklin, and transferred that information to Israel. Continued>>>

Four members of a pro-Israel lobbying group have been served with subpoenas to appear before a grand jury as the FBI investigates whether Israel spied on the Pentagon.

The American-Israel Public Affairs Committee (AIPAC) said on Wednesday that the FBI visited its offices to request files related to two employees and served four others with subpoenas.
