The Mountain States Regional Office of the Anti-Defamation League criticized Boulder, Colorado talk show host Jann Scott for calling Boulder, Colorado Mayor Mark Ruzzin (pictured), “Big Jew Mayor Ruzzin.” Scott was upset with Ruzzin for a City Council decision to stop funding community access television. Although Ruzzin is not a Jew, the Anti-Defamation League, which fights in favor of Jews, was apparently offended by the very idea of calling someone a Jew. Due to this outcry by the Jewish ADL to Scott’s “callous remark”, he is being forced to apologize on his show not only to Jews but also to gays. more>>>

NEW ORLEANS — A federal jury decided yesterday that Orleans Parish District Attorney, Eddie Jordan, in his “capacity as a public official”, committed an act of racial discrimination for the firing of 43 white employees. Since Jordan was not found personally liable for damages, the judgement against his office will have to be paid from the district attorney’s operating budget, which according to Jordan does not have the funds available to make the payment.

A jury of eight whites and two blacks returned a judgment totalling $1.86 million in back pay, benefits and damages.

Jordan, who sat un-moved as the verdict was read, said, “we’re deeply disappointed in the verdict that was handed down today. We believed that we had a strong defense. We thought the facts as well as the law was on our side and unfortunately the jury decided differently. … We will exercise our appellate rights.”

Jordan is planning to appeal the verdict, which if it stands, will severely impact the D.A.s availabe budget to prosecute criminals in New Orleans.

TOMBSTONE, Arizona-In the absence of federal control of the border between America and it’s third world neighbor Mexico, American volunteers are planning to take back control along the Mexican border Friday and begin patrolling for illegal aliens.

The Minuteman Project, made up almost entirely of civilian volunteers, will meet first for a rally in Tombstone, then take up positions along 23 miles of the San Pedro Valley to watch the border for one month and report any sightings of illegal activity to Border Patrol agents.

Opponents of the project fear that there is a potential for violent clashes along the border, claiming that some of the volunteers are members of “racist” groups and may take the law into their own hands. Members of the group have pledged to break no laws, and say they’re tired of seeing their country overrun by illegal aliens. more on this….

LOS ANGELES - Johnnie L. Cochran Jr., who became a legal superstar after helping clear O.J. Simpson during a sensational murder trial in which he uttered the famous quote “If it doesn’t fit, you must acquit,” died Tuesday. He was 67.

Repeated molestations go unpunished; family shocked and amazed

An appalling plea deal was offered by an emergency- appointed prosecutor to Bainbridge Island millionaire, David Nusbaum. He spent less than a year in prison, and was offered the deal moments before the trial was set to begin.

Less than a year ago, Nusbaum was charged with raping and molesting a 13-year-old girl. As details of the case emerged, prosecutors learned that the sexual assaults spanned a 7 year period. The helpless and victimized girl was first raped at the home of the accused when she was 6-years-old.

Prosecutors are certain that Nusbaum was guilty, but mysteriously lowered the rape charges to third-degree sexual assault with sexual motivation – reducing a potential 10-year prison sentence to eleven months with time served. Continued>>>

Windjammer Barefoot Cruises, a company based in Miami Beach, hosts nude cruises for gays. When the ship, carrying 110 passengers who were primarily Americans, arrived on the shores of Nevins, Puerto Rico, it was barred from entering. Officials reportedly told the owners of the cruise ship that the nude gays were offensive to local customs and added “We don’t want it to be part of our culture… It’s not a practice society likes here.” (If only more countries would adopt this policy…) more>>>

In a move that is disturbing to say the least, The Judicial Inspectorate of Prisons (JIP), an agency that monitors prison conditions in South Africa, has propsed a plan to allow prison inmates to have sex with one another openly. Saying that permitting intercourse could reduce rape and encourage safer sex practices among prisoners. The president of the South African Prisoners Organisation for Human Rights, Golden Miles Bhudu, said in an interveiw with the Pretoria News daily that allowing prisoners conjugal rights “will mean less prison rapes, less unnatural sexual activity”. “Unnatural sexual activity”?????????? An Israeli parliamentary committee has reported between 3000 and 5000 women have been smuggled into the country over the past four years due to a flourishing sex trade.

Zehava Galon, who heads the Committee Against Trade in Women, said the four-year inquiry showed how women are smuggled across the Egyptian border into Israel and “along the way, raped, beaten and then sold in public auctions”. Read more »

Police are apparently trying to link Jeff Weise to several “neo-nazi” groups, and suspect that his hatred of mixed marriages may have prompted his shooting spree. Weise is reported to have used names such as “Todesengel” — German for “angel of death” — or “NativeNazi” when identifying himself online, and is rumored to have posted on several message boards. Weise, who allegedly killed nine people before turning the gun on himself has been described as a “loner” who admired Adolf Hitler and was reportedly investigated for a school shooting plot last year. Asian groups in Hawaii are outraged by a proposed bill to outlaw the slaughter of dogs and cats for food. Many Asians seem to beleive that the proposed law is “racist” and promotes “unfair stereotyping” of asians and their culture. This prompts the question: if an ethnic group does not indulge in this practice, then why would legislation be demeaning? House Bill (HB 866) which would make it illegal to traffic in, distribute, and consume dog and cat meat in Hawaii shouldn’t be nessecary in this country, but unfortunately it seems that it may be.
Rep. Alex Sonson says the proposed bill is a reaction to hearsay, and… would negatively impact the image of Filipinos, Koreans and other Asian ethnic groups who make up the majority of the state’s population. “It perpetuates this myth that every Filipino is eating it,” Sonson said. “But they’re not.” Rep. Glenn Wakai, who introduced the bill, said race is irrelevant.”There’s no language in the bill that distinguishes certain ethnic groups or cultures of partaking in this type of practice,”

Isreal is harboring Salomon Morel, even though the Polish government has requested his extradition to face charges of genocide and other crimes against humanity related to his time as the commandant of a POW camp in poland that housed German prisoners after the end of WW2. HADDON TOWNSHIP, N.J. — Some white students at a South Jersey Catholic school walked out of classes Tuesday in protest over a speech by the Black New Jersey Secretary of State Regina Thomas. Tensions have been building up at Paul VI High School since Thomas’ speech on racial justice last week.

Many students and faculty members walked out of the speech offended. They said that she lambasted one student for not knowing his black history and that she insinuated that the students were racist.

A White woman, who runs a small licensed daycare, has come under attack lately by Jewish groups in Florida. Although the daycare was run out of her home and she was only caring for 4 children, she has come under attack because of her husband’s beliefs. Groups such as the Anti-Defamation League (ADL) have attacked her husband publicly calling him a “White supremacist” and a “Neo-nazi,” and have attempted to have the daycare shut down. Although 2 of the children were removed from the daycare by their parents following the Jewish attack, county officials have refused to close the daycare. They have found no violations of health or safety regulations and therefore have repeatedly told the ADL that they have no reason to close it. Despite these reasonable arguements, the ADL is determined to continue protesting and calling for the daycare to be closed and for the female day care owner to lose her license. (Apparently the Jews aren’t happy just being in control of the media and big business, they want to have control over even small home businesses so they can shut out anyone who opposes them.) more>>>

After World Church of the Creator leader, Matt Hale, was crucified by the media and all but formally charged with killing the mother and husband of Judge Lefkow, information surfaces that proves the identity of the real killer. DNA evidence has linked evidence at the scene of the murders to Bart Ross, an electrician from Chicago, who shot himself to death during a traffic stop. The DNA on a cigarette butt found in the Judge’s house match Ross’s DNA, and Ross also had writings in his possession which implicated him in the crime, including a detailed account of how he did it. Bart Ross had no connection to Matt Hale or the World Church of the Creator. Judge Lefkow had ruled against Ross in a case involving his claims of malpractice against his doctors. He had waited in her basement hoping to kill her but when he was found by her husband he killed him and Judge Lefkow’s mother instead. As women and children walked down the sidewalk to Public School 10 in Brooklyn, Jose Gonzalez, who was drunk plowed over the sidewalk and into the crowd of children. After hitting a mother and her 4 year old son and two 6 year old twin girls, Gonzalez attempted to leave the scene of the accident but several men were able to catch him and detain him until police arrived. The police found beer in his van and cocaine was later found in his pocket. more>>>

Last November two men robbed St. Anthony Catholic Church in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. The robbers wore masks to conceal their identities and left one of the masks a short distance from the scene of the crime with one of the victim’s wallets. When the police found the mask, they were able to find DNA on the mask leading them directly to Jason Taylor, a 24 year old black male, with a long record of previous robberies and other violent crimes. The police still don’t know why they chose to rob the Church. Fort Lauderdale police are still looking for Taylor’s accomplice. more>>>

Federal Judge Joan Lefkow’s husband and mother were killed in the family’s home on Monday and police are focusing on ‘hate groups’ for suspects. All stories regarding this case mentioned ‘hate groups’ as being a possible suspects and did not mention any other possible suspects, even though police maintain that the ‘hate groups’ are “but one facet of our investigation”. Lefkow was involved in a court case against Matt Hale, head of the World Church of the Creator, which is a racialist group. Matt Hale was found guilty of having a murder plot against Judge Lefkow and is awaiting sentencing April 6th.

Last week, a Canadian judge deemed Ernst Zundel to be a threat to Canadian security, after holding him in solitary confinement for two years there. He was flown to Frankfurt yesterday and immediately arrested on charges of denying the holocaust and inciting hatred via the internet. Mr. Zundel is 65 and has been experiencing some health problems during his imprisonment. Mr. Zundel was originally arrested in Tennessee under unclear circumstances that appeared to be politically motivated and then deported to Canada. From 1958 until 2000 Ernst had lived in Canada, where he was a citizen, and had no criminal record there. Mr. Zundel is most famous for his trial in Canada where the actual facts of the holocaust were put on trial and Mr. Zundel ended up winning his case.
