White commercial farmers who want to continue farming in Zimbabwe must apply for leases on their land, a government minister said Saturday. There’s been confusion in recent weeks over unconfirmed reports that Zimbabwe had invited White farmers, who had been chased from their farms, back to the land. President Robert Mugabe launched the “land reform program” in early 2000 in what he said was a bid to correct colonial-era imbalances in land ownership. But the program has been mired in controversy following allegations that ruling party officials had seized most of the best farms, while agricultural production has plummeted. Rumors have spread through the illegal immigrant community that the federal government is planning to round up illegals in upcoming days. These rumors have resulted in thousands of illegals staying home from work, taking their kids out of school, and missing church. The absences caused the rumors to build with illegals thinking their missing friends and co-workers had already been arrested. The rumors are also expected to keep thousands of would-be marchers home on May 1st. Immigration and Customs Enforcement spokesman Dean Boyd said the agency has received hundreds of calls in recent days asking about immigration raids. He said such rumors were typical after a raid like the one last week in which more than 1,000 employees of pallet manufacturer IFCO were arrested at more than 40 company sites nationwide. On Friday, ICE announced the arrests of 106 illegal immigrant fugitives and 19 immigration status violators throughout the Midwest over the last 10 days. Of those, 46 had criminal records, according to the department. Earlier this week, ICE announced the arrest of 183 fugitives in Florida alone. “Everybody’s edgy,” said Chris Ruske, owner of a southern New Jersey nursery. “People are worried, and we’re worried. Mexican musicians have rewritten the United States of America’s National Anthem, The Star-Spangled Banner, into Spanish in what has been dubbed “The Illegal Alien Anthem.” Mexicans call it “Nuestro Himno” which translated to English means “Our Anthem.” The first stanza is relatively the same as the real Anthem with the references to bombs and rockets being replaced by fierce combat. However, the second stanza was almost completely rewritten to include phrases such as “We are equal, we are brothers.” An alternate version of The Illegal Alien Anthem even added a rap saying “Lets not start war. With all these hard workers. They can’t help where they were born.”This rewrite of the nation’s National Anthem has upset many Americans. According to an MSNBC reader poll, over 80% of Americans think the Mexican rewrite is aweful. Some Americans have been vocal in expressing their dislike of the Illegal Alien Anthem. “I’m really appalled. . . . We are not a bilingual nation,” said George Taplin, director of the Virginia Chapter of the Minuteman Civil Defense Corps, which emphasizes border control and tougher enforcement, and objects to public funding for day-laborer sites. “When people are talking about becoming a part of this country, they should assimilate to the norm that’s already here,” Taplin said. “What we’re talking about here is a sovereign nation with our ideals and our national identity, and that [anthem] is one of the icons of our nation’s identity.   As many companies that hire illegal aliens gear up for their siesta on Monday the US media would like you to think that before our illegal saviors arrived, we just stood around at our meat packing companies saying “how the hell are we going to get these sides of beef into smaller cuts?.” Or that we just looked at our yards and said “man this green stuff is getting tall, what the hell are we gonna do?”  I would like to point out a few things. First off it wasn’t too long ago that meat packers made a decent wage, more than double what they do now ($19.00 vs. $9.00 per hour). Now the media and government would like you to believe that somehow illegal aliens are the key to us having a good economy. The fact is we would have to pay a little more for meat, or yard services, however wages would increase all around as the cost of living went up. I guess the main thing we would “miss out” on would be the increase in crime, drugs and “Latino culture.” I don’t know about you but I can handle that! 

 The FBI secretly sought information on 3,501 U.S. citizens and legal residents in 2005. This information was obtained from their bank cards and telephone and internet companies all without the approval of a judge through a search warrant. This is the first time the Bush administration has released information on how often the government is using its new powers under the Patriot Act. This disclosure was mandated as part of the renewal of the Patriot Act. The FBI also reported that it received 155 warrants from a secret court to examine business records last year. DELRAY BEACH — South Florida , 2:52 a.m. Charles Edward Tyson has just killled his 9 month old son after he bashed him into the hood of a car and then threw him into a canal. The motive behind the grisly deed was a domestic dispute. Tyson began arguing in the car with his companion, Shameka Mosley, 17 over an accusation of infidelity. The baby was awake in the back seat of the car. It was naturally after midnight. The argument escalated out of control and Tyson threatened to kill the baby. Mosley who was driving talked him down and finally stopped the car. When the car stopped, police said, he tossed the baby out the passenger-side window into the dirt. The Mother ran to the baby and Both Tyson and Mosley then struggled. Tyson grabbed the baby by one leg and swung the child at the hood of the car, police said. The impact was so hard it dented the hood. He then took the 9 month old to Lowson bridge and threw the baby into the canal.  News Source>>  

The 9th Circuit Court of Appeals in a 2-1 decision has backed a San Diego, California school which required a student to remove a T-shirt that read, “Homosexuality is Shameful.” The court ruled that public schools can bar clothing with slogans that are “hurtful.” School officials were concerned that the shirt could raise tension at the school, where there had been conflict between gay and straight students. The student who wore the T-shirt sued claiming the school’s dress code was a violation of 1st Amendment rights. Writing for the majority of the court, Judge Stephen Reinhardt wrote, “Students who may be injured by verbal assaults on the basis of a core identifying characteristic such as race, religion, or sexual orientation, have a right to be free from such attacks while on school campuses. The demeaning of young gay and lesbian students in a school environment is detrimental not only to their psychological health and well-being, but also to their educational development. To say that homosexuality is shameful is to say, necessarily, that gays and lesbians are shameful.” In his dissent, Judge Alex Kozinski pointed out, “The types of speech that could be banned by the school authorities under the Poway High School hate policy are practically without limit. Any speech code that has at its heart avoiding offense to others gives anyone with a thin skin a heckler’s veto — something the Supreme Court has not approved in the past.” More>>>

Millions of Mexicans plan to flood the streets of major American cities on May 1st in efforts to force Congress to make illegal immigrants U.S. citizens. According to Mexican organizers, “There will be 2 to 3 million people hitting the streets in Los Angeles alone. We’re going to close down Los Angeles, Chicago, New York, Tucson, Phoenix, (and) Fresno.” Organizers have timed the action for May Day, a date when workers around the world often march for improved conditions, and have strong support from big labor and the Roman Catholic Church. They vow that America’s major cities will grind to a halt and its economy will stagger as Latinos walk off their jobs and skip school. “This is going to be really big. We’re going to have millions of people,” said Juan Jose Gutierrez, director of the Latino Movement USA. “We are not concerned at all. We believe it’s possible for Congress to get the message that the time to act is now.” The California state senate has recognized this as “The Great American Boycott of 2006″ and claim that it will “educate the United States about the contributions made by immigrants.” However, not all Americans are thrilled about the influx of illegal Mexican immigrants and their plans to deliberately close U.S. cities. German authorities have decided to open access to Nazi records containing some 30 to 50 million documents. The documents, collectively called the Bad Arlosen archives, supposedly contain records on 17.5 million Holocaust victims. The archives also contain records on the Nazi camps of Buchenwald and Dachau. German officials have kept the records confidential because of the 1955 Bonn treaty which imposed a 60 year ban on public access to the archives.  According to the German Berliner Zeitung, “the government is going to change its position on the issue following apparent pressure by the United States.” Historians around the world are anxious to see the archives and hope that they will be able to “reconstruct in detail the daily events that occurred in the Nazi death camps.” The release of the archives is expected to be finalized at the May 17th meeting of the International Red Cross.  Two suspects who police say were involved in last week’s beatings at the MGM were in court this morning.

As’Ryen Brown and Avery Slocome made their first court appearance since being arrested in connection with the case.

According to a police report released on Tuesday, four suspects and one juvenile all admit to their role in the beating of an MGM Grand employee. Although no on has been charged with a hate crime, police are now saying that the beatings may be racially motivated with a possible gang connection. Police say they found items in some of the suspect’s homes that suggest gang activity. Read more »

Sweden has withdrawn from European military exercises in Italty because Israel is scheduled to participate. The military exercises were organized for peacekeeping operations. Nine countries were scheduled to participate in the operations including, Belgium, Britain, France, Germany, Israel, Italy, Netherlands, Norway and Sweden. The countries were to train together for a future collaboration in international peacekeeping operations. However, Swedish foreign ministry officials said they were pulling out because “Israel is not currently conducting any peacekeeping operations.” Another ministry spokesman said, “Our analysis of the situation for the time-being is that an Israeli participation in this kind of peacekeeping effort is unlikely given the political situation in the Middle East.” Source>>>

On May 1,2006 a privately owned meat company, Cargill Inc. will close down its operations at seven plants across the United States so employees can participate in mass rallies schuduled across the country. Thats right companies will close down for the day to allow its workers to protest !  As marches and rallies to demand changes to U.S. immigration laws start today across the country, members of a local group that burned a Mexican flag at Tucson’s Mexican Consulate Sunday vowed to continue burning flags.On Sunday, about 12 people from the Border Guardians, a Tucson anti-illegal-entrant group, burned a Mexican flag on the sidewalk in front of the consulate, 553 S. Stone Ave. Drawing more onlookers and media staffers than supporters, the group read several statements opposing immigration-law proposals, blaming the Mexican government for the number of illegal immigrants entering through Arizona’s border.

Ok, I am a Member of the US Army I have been for a few years now, Well something that has always bothered me about the Army is how people of all races can claim there pride but When a white person does it they are threatened to be demoted and to have there pay taking away. As a member of the Army I am not allowed to attend any event that is deemed Pro White, but right now Hispanic members of the Army can attend protests that are glorifying illegal criminals that came to our country to try and take our jobs from good honest working Americans. I just find this completely ridiculous. The Army has a Program called EO (equal opportunity) and that is just another way of saying “The Army affirmative action plan” A black or mexican will be picked for promotion before a White person. I would think that for someone to be promoted in the Army, someone that they pick to be in charge of other soldiers with there lives in there hands during combat they would want to pick the best Soldier for the job, but no they care to much about there image WPWW

 In case you have forgotten who controls the good’ol USA. George Bush plans to remind you on a yearly basis. From now on every May will be “Jewish American Heritage Month”. The announcement is to be made next week. The proclamation was the idea of Rep. Debbie Wasserman Shultz of Florida. They want us to “be aware of Jewish contributions to American life”. I can think of a few contributions off the top of my head, like the pornography industry, degenerate culture being promoted and marketed to our kids. Also billions of dollars being taken out of our pockets to be given to Israel, the worlds worst terrorist nation.  Former veteran financial planner Earl Crackower, who fleeced elderly people of their life savings, worried about his ailing knees yesterday and getting proper care before heading off to prison this summer.

The ex-certified planner and mutual fund salesman pleaded guilty in court to defrauding 43 people, including seniors, of about $3.4 million between 1989 and 2003.

Approximately 50 years after the U.S. Supreme Court desegregated American public schools, Nebraska has decided that its integrated schools are not working. The Nebraska Legislature recently passed a new law which would require the schools in Omaha, Nebraska to separate students along racial lines by 2008. The new law was proposed by Senator Ernie Chambers, Nebraska’s only black state senator (pictured). The law requires the school district to be split into three districts. Under the new law, each district would have its own school board also divided along racial lines. The split would result in one district that is 70% White, a district that is 57% Black, and a district that is 40% Mexican. Senator Chambers said, “There is no intent to create segregation.” He argued that the district is already segregated, because it no longer buses students and instead requires them to attend their neighborhood school. Chambers said the schools attended largely by “minorities” lack the resources and quality teachers provided others in the district. He said the black students he represents in north Omaha would receive a better education if they had more control over their district. The new law has drawn opposition from the NAACP and school board officials. Many don’t believe the new law will survive the inevitable battle in court. Video>>>

A police report filed against a U.S. Lawmaker, by Paul McKenna, a Capital Hill police officer alledges he was struck with a closed fist, a felony. Congresswoman McKinney continues to claim ignorance. The altercation and its facts surrounding the felonious episode was turned over to a grand jury two weeks ago by U.S Attorney Ken Wainstein. In an Orthodox Jewish community inside of Brooklyn, NY a riot took place on the streets.  Arthur Schick, 75 years old was halted for a routine traffic stop for talking on a cell phone while driving.  Schick, after being asked for his license and registration began to ask for the two police officers names, was immediately incarcerated with excessive force.  Shortly after the arrest, speculation quickly rumored around the community that the police officers used racial slurs while shoving Schick into the back of the police van and shortly after many Jewish teenagers dressed in Jewish attire set small fires in the streets in angered protest. 

Some teens and others surrounded the police HQ and chanted “No Justice, no peace” before being propelled away by riot squads.

Schick who saw a doctor had made claims that he received bruises from the two officers but thought the behavior of the protestors was not proper and made this comment.  “It was wrong; I feel it was a disgrace”, he said.

However the comment the Chief of Police, Joseph Esposito made along with other officers (“get the F—ing Jews out of here” & “f— the community!”) angered local Democratic Jewish Assemblymen Dov Hikind & other city officials who are now demanding that the Police Chief apologize while including that even the police themselves added to the incident.  “The lack of tactics that were used last night literally contributed to a situation that became more out of control as the evening went on” says  Hikind.  He continued, “We don’t want his head. We want an apology.”  Police Commissioner Raymond Kelly said the following, “I think we have a good relationship and I think the Chief has a good relationship in that community and I expect that relationship to continue” and no disciplinary action will be taken for Chief Esposito and  if the police want to prosecute the offenders it is granted.

The senate will hear a new bill that would require publishers to include gay and lesbian history in public school textbooks. The bill would require publishers to include the contributions of “people who are lesbian, gay, bisexual or transgender to the economic, political and social development of California and the United States of America.” The bill would only effect California for now, but if it gets passed we won’t hear the end of it until all our kids are being taught of gays “accomplishments”. Supporters of the bill have said they hope including gay and lesbian issues in course curricula for public schools will replace the negative and stereotyped images of the LGBT community with more informed ones among California youths. By requiring students to learn about gay and lesbian issues, even if they do not support gay rights, Fishel said, “it’s almost discrimination in the reverse.” “Current California law recognizes the importance of teaching about a variety of people and groups that contribute to our diverse society,” said Geoffrey Kors, Equality California executive director, in a press release.

Germany agreed Tuesday to help clear the way for the opening of Nazi records on some 17 million Jews and enslaved laborers who were persecuted and slain by the Nazis and their collaborators during the Holocaust more than 60 years ago. 17 million? That’s funny, because according to the World Almanac of 1938, it gives the number of Jews in the world as 16,588,259. So how could 17 million be persecuted when there weren’t even 17 million Jews in the world around the time that the “Holocaust” is said to have started? If that were true, there would be no such thing as a Jew anymore, yet there sure seems to be a lot of “survivors”.

Until now, Germany resisted providing access to the archives, citing privacy concerns. For 60 years, the International Red Cross has used the archived documents to trace missing and dead Jews and forced laborers, who were systematically persecuted by Nazi Germany and its anti-Semitic confederates across central and eastern Europe before and during World War II. The archives have remained off-limits to historians and the public. There is a reason they have been off limits, going by the facts, it looks like they will have to add to the list of Jews in the world, but they have lied about things before to get sympathy, why should this be any different?

“No Child Left Behind” proves to be an unattainable standard when including non-white students. Under President Bush’s “No Child Left Behind” plan, all public school students must be proficient in reading and math by 2014. Schools receiving federal aid also must demonstrate annually that students in all racial categories are progressing or risk penalties that include extending the school year, changing curriculum or firing administrators and teachers. To avoid inevitable penalties, states are allowing public schools to not count the test scores of nearly 2 million non-white students in determining proficiency. In all, the tests of more than 24,000 “minority” children in Missouri aren’t being counted as groups. Other states have much higher numbers. California, for instance, isn’t counting the scores of more than 400,000 non-whites. In Texas, the total is about 257,000. Die Parlamentarische Versammlung des Europarats verurteilte am Mittwoch die Zunahme rassistisch motivierter Übergriffe, die Schändung jüdischer Friedhöfe und Anschläge auf religiöse Stätten. Es gebe derzeit hunderte Nazi-Websites im Internet, hieß es in einer Resolution. Extremistische und ausländerfeindliche Gruppen verzeichneten in mehreren europäischen Ländern großen Zulauf, darunter Deutschland, Österreich, Spanien, Russland und die Tschechische Republik. Die Parlamentarische Versammlung des Europarats tritt vier Mal im Jahr zusammen, um über die Lage der Menschenrechte und soziale und politische Trends in Europa zu beraten.
