Kenner,Louisiana, USA—-Three people convicted of hauling away liquor, wine and beer from a grocery store after Hurricane Katrina were convicted to 15 years in prison. The judge said he wanted to send a message that looting would not be tolerated when he gave the maximum sentence to Coralnelle Little,36, Rhonda McGowen, 42, and Paul C. Pearson, 36, all of Kenner. They were convicted of attemting to the leave the grocery, six days after Katrina made landfall, with 27 bottles of liquor and wine, six cases of beer and one case of wine coolers. Pearson’s attorney, Bruce Netterville said, ”We believe the sentence is excessive.” Attorneys’ for the other defendents excitedly agreed.  SOURCE>>> 

WASHINGTON—-Rep. Clifff Stearns R-Florida said, “If you have the good fortune to be able to vote in the United States then it is not too much to ask that this be accomplished in English,” said Stearns “I don’t think the United States government should be forced to pay (bilingual) assistance. The House disagreed and affirmed the right of voters in areas with large populations of non-English speaking citizens to cast ballots in their native language. The bilingual balloting vote amendment submitted by Rep Cliff Stearns comes during a passionate election-year debate to overhaul immigration laws. Fresno California—The parents of Lynxe and Lamb Gaede have been in a bitter custody dispute. There was more then the sibilant sounds of air-vents pervading the Fresno courtroom apppearance, already delayed a week. Kris R. Lingelser, father, of the young ladies admits he hasn’t been the best dad and wanted a second chance, but the judge ruled otherwise. The Fresno County superior Court judge ruled their mom, April Gaede would retain custody and keep the girls at her new home in Montana. There was some consolation. Lego said it will end its production in Enfield, Connecticut, and lay off 300 people there in early 2007, while some 900 employees in Denmark will also be let go over the next three years. The production in Enfield is to be moved to Mexico, the group said in a statement. In September, Lego said it was considering moving all or parts of its production to Eastern Europe or China, and said the restructuring plans could affect all of its production facilities.

Mr. Paul McKenna, the Capital police officer that had been assaulted by Representitive Cynthia McKinney, has been waiting nearly three months for a Grand jury to deliberate and bring criminal charges against the lawmaker. Mr McKenna was assaulted by the Congresswoman when Rep. McKinney tried to enter a House building without walking through a obligatory metal detector or wearing a mandatory lapel pin identifying her as a member of Congress. Vowing to combat global anti-Semitism by every means at his disposal, veteran Jewish activist Gregg Rickman was recently sworn in by Condoleezza Rice as head of the State Department’s office of global anti-Semitism. Jewish activists view Rickman’s appointment as a victory against a U.S. State Department which had protested establishment of yet another Jewish special interest agency. Several years ago the State Department claimed it already adequately monitored global human rights abuses and promoted Holocaust remembrance. However, 18 months ago Jewish lobbyists persuaded Congress to create a special federal agency dedicated solely to silencing “virulent criticism” of Israel and matters Jewish or questioning the six million figure of alleged Holocaust victims.

On October 16, 2004 President Bush signed into law the Global Anti-Semitism Review Act. It establishes a special department within the U.S. State Department to monitor global anti-Semitism, reporting annually to Congress. This is more “hate crimes” legislation, orchestrated by the international Jewish religious, educational, and fraternal organization, B’nai B’rith, and its Anti-Defamation League (ADL). The new Department of Global Anti-Semitism is designed to make critics of Israel not only into “anti-Semites” but ultimately into “domestic terrorists.” Think these new laws won’t affect you? Think “anti-Semitism” just means marching down the street wearing a swastika arm-band and giving the Nazi salute? Then you may be surprised at the long list of things now defined as “anti-Semitic” and by extension as “hate crimes.” You too may be a “thought criminal” or “anti-Semitic domestic terrorist” without even knowing it. For instance, any assertion “that the Jewish community controls the government, the media, international business and the financial world” is now “anti-Semitic” and may soon be a “hate crime.” Additionally, “strong anti-Israel sentiment” or making “derogatory statements about Jewish persons” is now considered “anti-Semitic” and may soon be a hate crime. These laws, the brainchild of B’nai B’rith/ADL, also have as their ultimate goal making it a “hate crime” to criticize Jews, matters Jewish, or the state of Israel. Regardless of the truth of the statement or your 1st Amendment rights of free speech, if you make any statement that is perceived by Jewish activists to be “anti-Israel” or “derogatory” you may find yourself on the government’s domestic terrorist list. Thus, the Department of Anti-Semitism, applauded and advised by B’nai B’rith/ADL, is working to create a worldwide “criticism-free zone” for Jews in the “New World Order” that is coming. The Report on Global Anti-Semitism convienently ignores whether criticisms of matters Jewish are true. What must be defended are the sensitivities of the Jewish people!

If you still think “thought crime” laws are only a thing of fiction, look to Canada where this is already happening. Ernst Zundel, a Holocaust revisionist historian, was arrested in Canada and then deported to his native Germany where he is still in prison. His crime? Questioning whether it was true that 6 million Jews actually died in Nazi gas chambers. And under what charge are they holding him? They claim he is a “terrorist threat”. STUART — A mixed-breed dog was being placed in foster care Tuesday after being rescued from a transient Indiantown man who was allegedly having sex with the puppy.A witness called a Martin County deputy who arrived to find Junio Trenta, 31, having anal intercourse with the dog amid the woods in the 3200 block of Southeast Dixie Highway about 12:11 p.m. Monday. Upon being seen, Trenta said, “It’s my dog,” and, “What’s the problem?” The male dog ran and hid behind the deputies, according to a report released Tuesday.

Trenta, a Mexican citizen working as a laborer, was charged with one count of felony sexual bestiality and one count of felony animal cruelty. Read more »

Police say the story began Wednesday night, where a man brutally killed his ex-wife, cutting off her head, according to officers. Thursday, the story ended with two more victims, an innocent mother and child traveling on Franklin Road near Cloverdale. “At about 6:30 we had a Boise police officer who was eastbound on Franklin Road,” says Mike Webb, Deputy Chief of the Boise police Department, “he saw a truck in front of him swerve into a car in the oncoming lane and crash into a passenger car.” Inside the car were a mother and her two young daughters. 36-year-old Samantha Murphy and 4-year-old Jae Lynn were killed instantly, leaving eight-year-old Sydney as the lone survivor. Police say the driver of the pickup, 50-year-old Alofa Time purposely drove his truck into Murphy’s car. Samantha Murphy was headed to drop her two daughters off at daycare before going to work Thursday morning when her car was struck by the Dodge Ram driven by Alofa Time. Samantha and her 4-year-old daughter Jae Lynne died at the scene, her 8-year-old daughter Syndee Murphy was transported to St. Al’s hospital. But the story doesn’t end there. Deputy Chief Webb goes on to say that “As other officers arrived on the scene they found a horrific piece of evidence, a severed female head lying on Franklin Road.” Time had a history of violence. According to court papers, just this Spring, Alofa was charged with domestic battery against his ex-wife, Theresa. A “no contact” order was issued at Theresa’s request, but she later asked a judge to lift it. A judge originally denied that request and asked Theresa to first take a domestic violence victim’s class. She did, and on May 30th the couple was allowed to see each other again. Neighbor Pete Romo says he never heard noise come from the Times’ home, so when he learned what happened just a few houses down, he was shocked. On May 17—the 2 year anniversary of same-sex “marriage” in Mass.—the first-grade son of a prominent pro-family advocate was dragged behind the Estabrook Elementary School in Lexington during recess and beaten, receiving multiple blows to the chest, stomach, and genital area. This attack occurred after Lexington, Massachussets resident David Parker exercised his statutory right last year to be notified in advance of homosexuality lessons given to his son’s kindergarten class at Estabrook Elementary School so that he could request that the boy be excused from attending them. The Parker family has been the object of constant harassment in a campaign led by a lesbian activist, Meg Soens. According to Mr. Parker, “school authorities determined from an investigation into the assault that the beating was indeed planned and premeditated.” Four of the attackers were from Jacob’s first-grade class; the others were from other classes at Estabrook. The teachers’ aide apparently determined that since she could not see external bleeding, and since the boy apparently was not hit in the face, she did not even need to send him to she school nurse. MADISON, Wis. — A retired farmer who claims he was a Nazi SS officer has agreed not to open a memorial to Adolf Hitler he built in southeastern Wisconsin, county officials said Thursday.

NEW YORK (Reuters) - Starbucks Corp. may be next on the target list of a consumer-health group that this week sued the operator of the KFC fried chicken restaurant chain for frying foods in oils high in harmful trans fat.

The Center for Science in the Public Interest said it is planning to campaign against the global cafe chain because of the increased risk of obesity, heart disease and cancer associated with high-calorie, high-fat products it sells.

And the possibility of legal action against Starbucks, similar to the case it is taking against KFC owner Yum Brands Inc., has not been ruled out, said CSPI executive director Michael F. Jacobson.

A 20-ounce Venti banana mocha Frappuccino with whipped cream contains 720 calories and 11 grams of saturated fat, and a banana cream crunch bar weighs in at 630 calories and 25 grams of saturated fat. By comparison, a McDonald’s Corp. Big Mac has 560 calories and 11 grams of saturated fat.

 Two intrepid young seniors at a Northport, New York high school selected quotes from the Fuhrer’s “Mein Kampf” to appear beneath their photographs in their high school yearbook. Junker says he was born in 1919 in Germany and fought as a German Waffen-Schutzstaffel (SS) officer during World War II.

For 60 years he has mulled over what he remembers happening during those years. And in the years since he has come to see those events as totally opposite from how they are commonly told.

“When I was laying in bed at night, I would ask, ‘How is it possible that people get so misinformed?’” he says through a strong German accent.

So Junker figured he’d do something big to tell his side of the story.

He built a large hall and monument honoring the legacy of Adolf Hitler and the German Allied forces.

Longtime neighbors in Orange county, wearied by over-crowding and alien cultures, are moving away. The Hills left two weeks ago.The Wigginses plan to leave in a month or so. And just last week the Hansons put up a for-sale sign. In a few months, summer barbecues, Forth of July parades and baseball games will become abstracted memories. But these nights, she does it with the door closed.

The neighborhood transformation was subtle at first. By the the late ’80s and early ’90s life in Orange began to change. By the late ’90s the change became obvious.   A bizarre and unprovoked attack, possibly with a syringe, has left the victim facing a battery of tests and an uncertain future while police search for her assailant. The victim, 33, was walking south on Jones Ave. near Danforth Ave. before 1 p.m. Wednesday when a passing man struck her shoulder with what she believed was a needle.”Something broke her skin for sure,” Det. Debra Houston said. “But no syringe is ever seen … But at the time that’s what she was saying, it was a needle.”

The woman will undergo blood tests over several months. “It’s scary, with everything that’s going around today,” Houston said.

NATIONAL VANGUARD has been made aware of the arrest of Shaun Walker (pictured), chairman of Hillsboro, West Virginia’s National Alliance, on serious federal charges that could, reportedly, send him to prison for twenty years.
According to reports, two other men who are alleged to be members of the Hillsboro group have also been arraigned.
The indictments stem from incidents that allegedly occurred in 2002 and 2003 and supposedly were related to bar brawls. Mexican members of Congress and Latino groups said Wednesday they will build on recent immigrant demonstrations by conducting citizenship workshops around the nation on July 1st. By helping more immigrants become citizens, the Mexican lawmakers hope that they will increase the number of voters who might help defeat candidates considered “anti-immigrant.” Rep. Grace Napolitano, a California Democrat who chairs the Congressional Hispanic Caucus, said an estimated 8 million legal immigrants in the country are eligible for citizenship. At the workshops, volunteers will instruct immigrants on how to become a citizen, help them fill out and mail applications and help resolve problems. Workshops are planned in the District of Columbia and at least 11 states: Arizona, California, Florida, Idaho, Illinois, Nebraska, New Jersey, New York, Tennessee, Texas and Wisconsin. Others may be scheduled. “We have shown our strength in numbers, we have shown our strength in economic power. Now it is time to show our strength at the voting booth,” said Jaime Contreras, director of the National Capital Immigration Coalition, an immigration advocacy group. Source>>>

Blacks are joining Minuteman militia groups opposed to illegal Mexican aliens working in the United States, saying they take jobs from blacks and piggyback off the strides made during the civil rights movement. In May, several blacks attended a Minuteman rally in Washington D.C. Ted Hayes, a black Los Angeles-based homeless activist and founder of the Crispus Attucks Brigade, held a rally in Upper Senate Park denouncing attempts by immigrant rights groups to link their movement to that of black civil rights. “Illegal immigration is the greatest threat to black people since slavery,” Hayes said. “The civil rights movement was made by black citizens of this country, but [illegal aliens] are claiming civil rights as a key to cross the American border illegally.” He and several area blacks at the rallies said losing jobs is their biggest concern. Hayes said illegal aliens are accepting “slave wages” after decades of blacks’ not allowing employers to pay them less than minimum wage. Northwest resident Mae Bruce, 68, said her biggest concerns are illegal aliens’ “flooding” historically black neighborhoods without assimilating and taking advantage of overburdened government resources such as public education and health care. A recent survey by the Pew Research Center shows that about half of blacks in the Washington D.C. area see immigrants as a burden because they take jobs and housing. More than 50 percent of blacks in the area and more than 75 percent nationwide say increased immigration has led to difficulties in finding a job, compared with 50 percent of Whites nationwide and 20 percent in the region who say the same. The survey also stated that 22 percent of blacks and 14 percent of Whites said they or a relative had lost a job to an immigrant. Macy’s Department Store recently removed part of a window display, marking Boston Pride Week, which featured two male mannequins - one wearing a gay pride rainbow flag around its waist - standing near a list of several planned Boston Pride events. But the store yanked the mannequins from the window after MassResistance, the conservative group formerly named Article 8 Alliance which has also campaigned against sex education and gay-themed books in public schools, complained the display was offensive. “They were male mannequins with enlarged breasts, and one was wearing a skirt,” said MassResistance president Brian Camenker, referring to the gay pride flag wrapped around one figure, cinched with a white belt. “It was really disgusting.” The decision to remove the display upset gay activists, and Mayor Thomas M. Menino, whose spokesman said was “disappointed that Macy’s would bow to this kind of pressure.” “The mayor believed the window reflected the diversity of our city,” spokesman Seth Gitell said. “This entire episode flies in the face” of that. Keri Autlia, vice president of the Boston Pride Committee, said the group was planning a formal response to the story. “In an ideal world, they would put it back up and apologize,” she said. This winter, FEMA put up over 300 Hurricane Katrina evacuees in New York City hotels. Almost all of them have gone back to their lives and their jobs. But not Theon Johnson. He is currently sprawled out watching Halloween 5 on one of the two full-size beds in his room at the JFK Airport Holiday Inn. He is one of four evacuees still living in a hotel in the city. After being flown there for free back in September, Johnson’s been at the Holiday Inn since Super Bowl Sunday. Johnson’s caseworker says FEMA offered to buy him a ticket home to New Orleans in February, but he didn’t take it. FEMA won’t now. So he’s stuck, at least until the Holiday Inn pays him to leave. Attorneys with the Legal Aid Society have been negotiating a buyout deal for Johnson and the remaining evacuees, and expect a settlement—he heard about $1,200—imminently. Texas Governor Rick Perry has announced his approval of a $5 million plan to install hundreds of night-vision cameras along the Texas-Mexico border. The live video from the cameras is to be broadcast onto the Internet so that anyone with a computer can watch the border and report illegal immigrants trying to enter illegally by calling a toll-free hotline.”I look at this as not different from the neighborhood watches we have had in our communities for years and years,” Perry said last week. This is an abrupt political change for Governor Perry who until recently argued that security along Texas’ 1,200 mile border was a strictly federal responsibility. This week, he said cuts in federal homeland security funding, a rise in reports of border violence and the crossing of Mexican soldiers into Texas about two years ago have demonstrated that “Texas cannot wait for Washington, D.C., to act.” Some people are opposed to the Governor’s plan saying that it will lead to “racial profiling.” Others, such as Connie Hair, spokeswoman for the Minuteman organization, argue that the video footage should be available only to law enforcement and trained volunteers so that the smugglers cannot learn the location of the cameras. But the Governor said it will be hard to know where the cameras are just by watching the live Internet video. BERLIN–The newly elected leader of Germany’s main Jewish organization called Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad a “second Hitler” who should be barred from attending the World Cup in Germany, according to comments published Thursday in the Bild Newspaper. Charlotte Knobloch, who recently was elected first woman president of Germany’s Central Council of Jews told the Bild, “For me, this man is a second Hitler. He denies the Holocaust. That is a criminal offense in Germany,”said frau Knobloch. “The German government should not protect him with diplomatic immunity. The authorities should launch a probe against him and punish him.”

Ahmadinejad had indicated more than once that he might visit the Iranian national team during the World Cup soccer tournament, but instead permitted Iranian Vice President Mohammed Aliabadi to attend. Aliabadi arrived in Munich late Thursday to attend the opening ceremonies of the World Cup. He was met at the airport by a Munich police escort. “He is a state guest, and as such is accorded such honors,” said spokesman Damian Kania. The postwar Jewish population has quadrupled to about 105,000 in the last 15 years.

Knobloch who was born in Munich in 1932, made headlines several months ago when Munich’s Technical University prepared to honor about 20 scientists with small plaques listing their achievements. Knobloch said then that Willy Messerschmitt and Claude Dornier should be disqualified because of their role during the Third Reich. ONTARIO,CANADA- An Ontario judge struck down a birth registry provision that prevents Lesbian couples from being registered as parents of babies conceived through artificial insemination, saying that the regulation causes them unjustified “pain and hardship.” Lesbian mothers live in an atmosphere of homophobia that only is aggravated when rules and conventions leave an impression that “there is something wrong or unnatural about their families,” Justice Paul Rivard of the Ontario Supreme Court said. Evidently moved by many of the litigants’ accounts of suffering discrimination and being made to feel that their relationships and families could not measure up to those of normal hetrosexual families, Judge Rivard said this amounted to unacceptably unequal treatment. The ineffective and bigoted U.S. Representative Cynthia McKinney has to date successfully skirted all federal probes regarding her violent assault on a Capital Policce officer. The grand jury investigation of the sixth term Georgia Democrat entered its third month with no hint from the federal prosecutor about how much longer it will take to settle a case that legal experts said should have been wrapped up in days. In legal terms McKinney’s case “is as simple as you can get,” said George Washington University legal expert Jonathan Turley. Usually anyone who hits a police officer is immediately arrested on felony charges.

Congresswoman McKinney was accused of assaulting a Capital Hill police officer March 29, and the case was referred to the grand jury April 5, by U.S. Attorney Ken Wainstein. The drawn out process has police fuming that the negro Dekalb County Democrat is getting preferential treatment from a politically motivated prosecutor.And Capital police, already angry over the McKinney caper bristled when superiors orderd them last month to drive Representative Patrick Kennedy (D-R.I.) home rather than investigate the probability that he’d been drinking after he crashed his car into a barricade near the Capital.  SOURCE>>>   

An eight-term Louisana Democrat whose district includes most of New Orleans is the traget of a wide-ranging investigation of corruption ,bribery and heavy handed aggressive tactics in winning business deals for his family run buisness. An affidavit signed by an F.B.I. agent said that the Nigerian vice president, Atiku Abubaker, now a candidate for president of that oil-rich West African nation, asked for at least half of the profits of a technology company controlled by U.S. Representative William Jefferson, that was seeking to do business in Nigeria. The F.B.I. affidavit , which was dated last August, and other documents were made public over the objection of Congressman Williams who has pleaded ignorance.

The F.B.I. raided the Maryland home of the vice president of Nigeria last summer in search of bribe money that the bureau believed had been paid to him by Mr. Jefferson. A seperate search of Congressman Jefferson’s home in Washington last August turned up $90,000 dollars stuffed in his home freezer. The Lawmaker told collegues of his plans to bribe Nigerian officials, in exchange for their help in winning business in Nigeria and that Mr. Abubakar would be paid as much as $500,000 dollars in cash.
