LOS ANGELES (AP) - July 31, 2006 - ABC News is now reporting that Mel Gibson is headed to a rehab center after police arrested him on drunk driving charges Friday.

An official police report on Mel Gibson’s arrest on drunken driving charges substantiates claims that he made anti-Semitic remarks and threatened a deputy, a law enforcement official said Monday.On Monday, sheriff’s department officials sent prosecutors their case, which also says a tequila bottle was found in Gibson’s car when he was pulled over on the Pacific Coast Highway. 

James Mee, a Los Angeles County sheriff’s deputy, told The Associated Press that he considered it a routine arrest and didn’t take seriously any comments that Gibson made. Read more »

 Just before she was kidnapped and killed, a suburban teenager called her boyfriend to say she was lost in Manhattan and someone was following her. Eighteen-year-old Jennifer Moore’s cell phone was later used by Draymond Coleman, the drifter charged with her slaying. Coleman, 35, has prior arrests for robbery and assault. Witnesses said Moore was last seen early Tuesday as she walked alone along a major roadway along Manhattan’s west side. Her body was found Thursday in a trash bin in West New York, N.J. New York police think Moore was lured or forced into a taxi, taken to a New Jersey motel and strangled. Officials said surveillance video from the motel in Weehawken, N.J., showed Coleman entering the building with Moore early Tuesday. Hugh Moore described his daughter as “smart and bright and funny.” Moore graduated from high school in May and was enrolled at the University of Hartford for the fall. More>>>

Bombs destined to be used by Israel are being flown via Scotland only because the Irish government refused to allow them to land on its soil. As a result, Airbus cargo planes carrying the bombs, which the Israeli army is using against Hezbollah, are being flown via Prestwick airport in Ayrshire. The bunker-busting bombs were purchased from America.

Ireland turned down a United States request for planes carrying 600lb so-called bunker busters to refuel at Shannon airport in County Clare. Shannon is currently used as a stopover for the bulk of the 900 American soldiers who travel from the U.S. to the Middle East every day.

His father has been on the recieving end of Jewish criticism for his statements on the holocaust, and it appears his son will get no quarter from the self chosen ones either. Recently during his arrest the website TMZ reported, Gibson ranted about the “f–king Jews,” who “are responsible for all the wars in the world,” and asked the deputy, “Are you a Jew?”

I believe Mr. Gibson and his father both know all too well about Jewish power, control, and corruption in the USA. I can only hope that one day someone as respected as him will have the guts to go public with what they know and stand by their convictions. Source>>>

A jury convicted four leaders of a white-supremacist prison gang Friday on charges they used murder and intimidation to protect their drug-dealing operations behind bars. The trial is part of what is believed to be one of the largest federal capital cases, with more than a dozen people potentially facing the death penalty. Barry “The Baron” Mills, Tyler “The Hulk” Bingham, Edgar “The Snail” Hevle and Christopher Overton Gibson were the first defendants to stand trial in the federal racketeering case aimed at dismantling the feared Aryan Brotherhood. Prosecutors spent six years compiling evidence and relied on informants for much of their case. Of the 40 people originally arrested, more than a dozen could get the death penalty if convicted. Nineteen defendants struck plea bargains and one died. Two more trials are scheduled for this fall in Los Angeles. Defense attorneys countered that prosecutors built their case on a “parade of perjurers” who were promised money and reduced prison sentences for their testimony.  I am shocked and deeply distressed by the apparently deliberate targeting by Israeli Defense Forces of a United Nations observer post in southern Lebanon that has killed two United Nations military observers, with two more feared dead. This coordinated artillery and aerial attack on a long established and clearly marked United Nations post at Khiyam occurred despite personal assurances given to me by Prime Minister Ehud Olmert that United Nations positions would be spared Israeli fire.  Furthermore, General Alain Pelligrini, the United Nations Force Commander in south Lebanon, had been in repeated contact with Israeli officers throughout the day on Tuesday, stressing the need to protect that particular United Nations position from attack. I call on the Government of Israel to conduct a full investigation into this very disturbing incident, and demand that any further attack on United Nations positions and personnel must stop. A man accused of stabbing two Canadian women walking in Manhattan’s theater district told investigators he was angry because when he tried to talk to them, they snubbed him, according to a police report made public Monday during his arraignment.

“Yeah, those white girls. … They don’t want to talk to anybody, so I went after them,” Kenny Alexis allegedly told investigators.

He previously stabbed two others before this attack, Christopher McCarthy and Ambrosio Castro who he said he felt threatened by. Alexis stabbed two more a short time later after approaching Melanie Carrier, 22, and Audrey Perrier, 25, as they crossed Broadway at 47th Street. He “was upset that they wouldn’t talk to him so he quickly followed behind them” and stabbed each in the back.

 A US-based human rights group has accused Israel of using artillery-fired cluster grenades against a Lebanese village last week during its assault against Hezbollah. Human Rights Watch said on Monday that it had taken photos of cluster grenades stored by Israeli artillery teams on the Israel-Lebanon border.

It also said that a cluster grenade attack on Wednesday killed one and wounded at least 12 civilians in the village of Blida.

“Cluster munitions are unacceptably inaccurate and unreliable weapons when used around civilians,” Kenneth Roth, Human Rights Watch executive director, said in a statement.

“They should never be used in populated areas.”

An Israeli army statement said: “The use of cluster munitions is legal under international law and the IDF [Israel Defence Forces] uses such munitions in accordance with international standards. We are checking the specific details of the incident mentioned in the report.” Source>>>

When will Germans grow strong enough once again to stomach the greatness of their past? War in Lebanon has once again become breaking news on television screens across the world, but a growing body of distorted reporting is being disseminated just as rapidly as the country is being destroyed.

MSNBC decides to begin its newscast from Israel with a graphic that reads “breaking news: more than 250 killed in 7 days of fighting in Israel and Lebanon”. Thousands of people gathered in the Somali capital, Mogadishu, to protest against Ethiopian troops who entered the country to protect the internationally recognised interim government.

More than 5,000 protesters packed a stadium in the north of Mogadishu, burned an Ethiopian flag and carried signs that said, “We Must Fight Them!”

On Sunday, a top Islamic leader, Sheikh Sharif Sheikh Ahmed said, “I call on Somalis to be ready for a holy war against an invasion from the enemy of the religion and the country.”

Los Angeles — A Judge who threatened deportation to Mexico for an illegal immigrant seeking a restraining order against her husband has been dropped from the roster of part-time judges used by the Los Angeles County Superior Court. Judge Pro team Bruce R. Fink, from Orange County with 35 years experience was removed from the list of about 1,200 attorney’s who are used as substitute judges for the county.  READ MORE>>>

Immigrant rights groups and the media have denounced the Los Angeles judge for refusing to grant a woman a resraining order in a domestic abuse case because she is an illegal immigrant. Now Fink, a veteran family law attorney is being investigated by the court for insisting the migrant leave the room before he called immigration and had her sent back to Mexico. Jerone Hunter, 20, Troy Victorino, 29, and Michael Salas are currently on trial for allegedly killing six people (including at least 4 Whites) over an XBOX. Victorino, a 6-foot-7, 270-pound former prison inmate with a violent criminal record, is thought to be the ringleader of the group. Blood from three of the victims was found on Victorino’s boots, a DNA expert testified this week. Hunter testified that he did not know they were going to the Deltona, Florida house to kill the victims, two of whom he knew. He said he thought they were picking up the Xbox the defendants had left behind when they were evicted as squatters. Victorino kicked in the front door, then entered the house yelling, “Where’s my stuff?” Hunter testified. He said Victorino started swinging when victim Jonathan Gleason, 17, replied, “I don’t know.” Victorino hit Gleason from behind with a bat, on top of his head, Hunter said. Hunter said Victorino was the only attacker who went into a bedroom where victim Erin Belanger, 22, and her boyfriend were sleeping. The two died from strikes to their heads, and Belanger was sexually mutilated, autopsies found. A few minutes after the attackers left, Victorino said he wanted to go back to the house, Hunter testified. He said Victorino entered alone with a switchblade knife and returned a few minutes later, wiping blood on his shirt. Medical examiner Thomas Beaver has testified that the victims died from the bat attacks and that most of the stabbing and cutting came after they died. The three defendants are each charged with six counts of first-degree murder. More>>>

North Texans are being encouraged to wear blue ribbons to raise awareness about Israel’s 2 captured soldiers and the Jewish Federation of Greater Dallas has helped launch the Israel Crisis Fund, which is meant to help Jews affected by the violence in northern Israel. ST. PETERSBURG, Russia - It wasn’t meant to be overheard. Private luncheon conversations among world leaders, picked up by a microphone, provided a rare window into both banter and substance — including President Bush cursing Hezbollah’s attacks against Israel.

“See the irony is that what they need to do is get Syria to get Hezbollah to stop doing this s— and it’s over,” Bush told Blair as he chewed on a buttered roll.

He told Blair he felt like telling U.N. Secretary-General Kofi Annan, who visited the gathered leaders, to get on the phone with Syrian President Bashar Assad to “make something happen.” He suggested Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice might visit the region soon.

JEFFERSON CITY, Mo. - Officials in Missouri’s two largest cities filed a lawsuit Monday to block a new state law requiring voters to show photo identification.

Under the law, voters starting this November will need a photo ID issued by either the state of federal government, such as a driver’s license, to cast a regular ballot. Those lacking IDs can cast provisional ballots, which would count if their signatures matched those on file with election authorities.

Republican Gov. Matt Blunt has praised the new law as a way to build public trust in elections.

But the Democratic leaders in St. Louis and Kansas City who sued say the law violates a state constitutional provision against imposing costs on local governments without providing state funding. Their lawsuit seeks a permanent injunction blocking the law from being enforced and class-action status. Read more »

WASHINGTON DC —- So far this month there has been fourteen homicides in Washington. Almost one a day. District of Columbia Police Chief Charles H. Ramsey has declared a “crime emergency.” This is the same Ramsey who, talking about homicides in the capital region several years ago said, “The African-American community has to be central in the solution because that is where the problem lies and that is the community being hurt the most by the genocide. You’ve got generations of dysfunction, and that cycle has got to be broken.”

It was Ramsey’s words that, in part, inspired Bill Cosby to begin his campaign to deliver a message of personal responsibility into black communites and black families. Black liberals took offense when Bill Cosby, an established celebrity, stated that there were problems in the black community and that blacks should look at themselves rather than others to solve problems.

Homicide is the No. 1 killer of black men. According to the Bureau of Justice Statistics, blacks are six times more likely to commit homicide than White men. It should be clear that the problem is that America’s black community is now suspended in a moral vacuum. Life is cheap and meaningless, and murder, sex, abortion and robbery are viewed with the same gravity as ordering a Big Mac and fries.   MORE?>>> 

 Foolhardy Hispanic protesters and their traitorous supporters formed a picket line outside the offices of one Western Sheriff, a feat which would have had many of them spending the night in a gallows in better 

days. 

More than 200 protesters marched through a small area of downtown Phoenix and stopped in front of the office of Maricopa County Sheriff Joe Arpaio, known for female chain gangs and forcing inmates to wear pink underwear. 

The crime these fools allege against the sheriff? He is accused by them of obeying the laws on the books, Arpaio refused to stop arresting illegal immigrants under the human smuggling law, whose authors say the legislation was intended to crack down on violent immigrant smugglers — not the people being smuggled. Of course, this doesn’t flow with the angry brown mob camped out in front of his office. Elias Burmudez, president of activist group Inmigrantes Sin Fronteras, or Immigrants Without Borders, was quoted saying “We have come here, we have begged, we have gotten on our knees,” Bermudez said. “You have not worked with us. The only thing we can tell you is you cannot be our sheriff. “You are pursuing something that goes against the Hispanic community, and we as the Hispanic community will do our most to have you removed from public office, and we will do it through the polls.” Read more »

White supremacists believe that the White race is superior to all others and have used their beliefs to discriminate against those that didn’t share their same ethnic or religious backgrounds. But with wars waging in Iraq and Afganistan, the military is spread thin and desperate to recruit new soldiers and overlook the growing number of White supremacists that have joined the military in the last few years. As long as they are willing to fight for their country, these new recruits are accepted in the armed forces.

WASHINGTON — Roads and bridges built by U.S. taxpayers are starting to be sold off, and so far foreign-owned companies are doing the buying. On a single day in June, an Australian-Spanish patrnership paid $3.8 billion to lease the Indiana Toll Road. An Australian company bought a 99-year lease on Virginia’s Pocahontas Parkway, and Texas officials decided to let a Spanish-American partnership build and run a toll road from Austin to Seguin for 50 years.

Gas taxes and user fees have fueled the expansion of the nation’s highway system. The Bush Administration is unlikely to produce more money to build roads and bridges; about $16 billion or roughly half the monthly war budget. Thousands of miles of roads built since the 50’s changed the American landscape and its citizens responded. In 1956 President Eisenhower pushed to create the interstate highway system to move troops and tanks and properly evacuate citizens.

The Bush administration’s plan to let a foreign company manage U.S. Ports met a storm of protest, but plans to sell or lease highway’s to companies outside the United States have not met such resistance.            MORE>>>

Prosecutors in Wichita, Kansas have filed charges against three black men in the death of 14-year-old Chelsea Brooks, who was murdered just weeks before she was due to deliver her baby girl. Everett Gentry, 17 (pictured right), Elgin Robinson, 20, and Theodore Burnette, 49 all allegedly took part in the kidnapping and murder of Chelsea Brooks. Robinson also faces a charge of rape or sexual assault of a child under 14 (Chelsea Brooks) based on acts committed in the summer of 2005. Gentry told the court that he talked to Robinson on the phone. Gentry said Robinson told him he wanted to pick Chelsea up and have her killed because she was having Ray’s baby. Robinson reportedly told Gentry he would pay him $500 to kill her. Gentry’s friend, Theodore Burnett said he would do it. Gentry went on to testify that Robinson picked Chelsea up from the skating rink then Burnett got in the backseat behind her. Burnett then strangled Chelsea with a cord. The city council in Hazelton, Pennsylvania recently approved a law which would make the small city one of the most hostile places in the U.S. for illegal immigrants to live or work. Supporters of the law argue that the illegal immigrants’ growing numbers have damaged the quality of life in the town. “We must draw the line, and we are doing it tonight,” Mayor Lou Barletta (pictured right) told a packed council chambers. The ordinance would deny licenses to businesses that employ illegal immigrants, fine landlords $1,000 for each illegal immigrant discovered renting their properties, and require city documents to be in English only. “The illegal citizens, I would recommend they leave,” Barletta said after the meeting. During the debate, opponents of the law warned the council that approving the ordinance would make Hazleton “the first Nazi city in the country.” Council Vice President Jack Mundie voted for the ordinance. “We’re against illegal immigrants that are coming here and that are draining the resources of our city,” he said. Other municipalities across the country also have considered acting to address illegal immigration. Ordinances similar to the Hazleton measure have been proposed in the Florida communities of Palm Bay and Avon Park and the California towns of Escondido and San Bernardino. Source>>>

 Israeli air strikes in Lebanon have killed 53 civilians as Hezbollah fighters fired rockets at towns across northern Israel. 

Israeli helicopters late on Thursday attacked Beirut airport, setting fuel tanks ablaze, in the second attack on Lebanon’s only international air facility.

Israel first struck the capital’s airport early in the morning and began enforcing a naval blockade, expanding reprisals since Hezbollah captured two Israeli soldiers a day earlier.

Police said 52 Lebanese civilians, including 15 children, were killed in attacks on Hezbollah targets in Beirut’s southern suburbs and across southern Lebanon.

The United States has rejected a United Nations resolution demanding Israel end its military offensive in the Gaza Strip.

The US was the only country to vote against the draft resolution put forward by Qatar on behalf of Arab nations. Ten of the 15 Security Council nations voted in favour and four, Britain, Denmark, Slovakia and Peru, abstained.

The draft resolution accused Israel of a “disproportionate use of force” that endangered Palestinian civilians, and demanded Israel withdraw its troops from Gaza. Read more »

WARSAW - The United Nations has agreed to rename Auschwitz to stress that Nazi Germans, not Poles, were responsibile for the the worlds most “notorious death camp,” Poland’s Culture Ministry said on Wednesday.

Tehran, Iran, Jul 12 - hard-line Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad said on Wednesday that the world will soon witness the demise of Israel, the government-run news agency Fars reported.

Sony Corp. said on Tuesday it had pulled a Dutch billboard advertising campaign for - the new White version of its PlayStation Portable video game player and apologized to anyone offended by the ad, which critics dubbed racist.

The billboard ad created locally and exclusively for the Dutch market by Sony Corp, - portrayed a White woman aggressively grabbing the face of a black woman - and read, “PlayStation Portable White is Coming.”

Sony said the Netherlands campaign  intended to highlight the color contrast between the existing black PSP and the new White PSP. Instead the ad campaign riled the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People and California’s Assemblyman Yee.

An interesting thought:

The so-called liberals and leftists often blame the “christian right” or “christian conservatives” for being too powerful or for wrongdoings in our government and big business.  But a simple look at whom you cannot attack or criticize reveals who is truly in power. 

In today’s sick society, you can go to your local city and see a performance by a death metal rock band which praises satan and has songs about killing clergy and other such ghoulish behavior.  This summer alone, Slayer is performing nationwide and also the “sounds of thee underground tour”, both of which feature ’satanic’ bands and music.  This is allowed to occur without any sort of legal problem or any protesters.  Now, on the other hand, if the ‘anti-semitic’ band Angry Aryans was to have a concert booked in a city, there would be police and politicians trying to cancel the show and also protesters would be guaranteed.  Opinion pieces in the TV news and newspapers would also be criticizing the city for allowing such a thing.

People are allowed to freely criticize the christian right as well as christianity itself.  So, how powerful can the ‘christian conservatives’ really be?  Now on the other hand, criticism of Jews, or even Israel, is not tolerated in this country, or many Western countries for that matter.  I think this is a clear indication of who has the power.
