Rabbi on trial for soliciting 12-year old for sex

Testimony is expected to begin Tuesday in the trial of a local religious leader accused of soliciting sex from underage girls.
Police arrested Steven Mojecki after an officer posed as a 12-year-old girl on the internet.
An evidence hearing was held Monday to decide whether statements Mojecki made could be used during the trial.
He is a rabbi at a local synagogue that follows Messianic Judaism. MORE>>>
