CLEVELAND — A man charged in connection with a woman’s stabbing death was arraigned Thursday.
Juan Mateo is accused of stabbing the woman Monday in a Walgreen’s parking lot on Clark Avenue.
Mateo pleaded not guilty to aggravated murder charges. He is being held without bond.
Mateo has a long rap sheet, NewsChannel5 reported. In 1994, he was convicted of killing his wife with a knife and in 2004 he went back to jail on an assault with a knife conviction.
He’s been out of prison since May. MORE>>>
