Wilmington police seek tall, skinny, black man

WILMINGTON — Wilmington police need your help finding a murder suspect.
Officers responded to the 1400 block of S. Second Street a little before 11 p.m. Sunday.
They found a man lying on the ground, who had been shot.
Crews rushed the victim to New Hanover Regional Medical Center where he died.
Witnesses provided a sketchy description of the shooter: a tall, skinny, black man wearing a hooded sweatshirt. SOURCE>>>
