Man gets 2 years for killing white teen

RIVERHEAD, N.Y. – A black father was sentenced to two to four years in prison Wednesday for fatally shooting an intoxicated white teenager during a racially charged confrontation with two carloads of young people at the end of his driveway.
The parents of victim Daniel Cicciaro Jr., 17, were irate after learning that John White did not receive the maximum sentence of 15 years in prison.
White, 54, was convicted in December of second-degree manslaughter and a weapons charge.
“Nice message it sends to society that as long as you’re black and there’s a problem at the end of your driveway you can grab an illegal handgun and shoot someone in the face and get away with it,” an infuriated Daniel Cicciaro Sr. told reporters while dozens of supporters sobbed nearby.
“Well, let’s see what happens when Aaron White gets shot, and see how the laws are,” Cicciaro said, referring to White’s 19-year-old son.
Defense attorney Frederick Brewington said Cicciaro’s remarks appeared to be a threat and demanded an investigation. Prosecutor Thomas Spota said the matter was referred to police, and the Whites were assigned extra protection at their home. MORE>>>

The comments above actually sicken me. I think the shooter deserved more prison time because he went to the end of the driveway to confront drunk kids. They were not at his door. Had he called the cops, this likely would never have happened. Had he shot someone at his door, I would say he was right in doing so. Trouble was not at his door but was at the end of his driveway. I view this as similar to shooting someone in the back. But the racial talk, that’s disgusting and stupid.
This is bullshit! Had the colors been reversed he would have served more than 15 years. I agree with Marcus on the point that he should have called the cops since it wasn’t at his door, you need to wake up and open your eyes. This country is making a point of letting niggers off for anything they do while punishing white people for every little thing. It only send the message that if you’re black you can do what you want. well, let’s see thre, race card? Joe Horn shot 2 burglars in the commission of a crime. John White shot a boy who was having a conflict with his son. John White used an illegal weapon to commit the murder. His defense said that it was justified due to old lynch mobs in the south. That is a textbook race card being used in court. It has nothing to do with the case but because at some point in the 1800′s blacks were lynched for crimes they committed, that John White had the right to execute this teen.

There are thousands of cases everyday that African-Americans get away with horrible crimes merely by claiming that they are at the receiving end of racial intolerance. Liberals, of course being liberals, will viciously defend the African-American, even though they are completely unaware of reality. In the end, to a liberal, a European-American’s life is worth less than an African-American one; they don’t have any self-respect for their own race, why should they care about their own? They must uphold the Godliness of the African-American, the mystical creature who cannot due or think wrong; no matter what, they must justify their own self-disgust by defending their “fellow man.” This man will get away with murder, no one will rebel or protest. Anyone who does so will be deemed racist, thus increasing his support among the left.

The United States today is 85% Christian. That’s a decline from what the history of this country reflects. The United States has had a major war every generation including this one. I made amistake when I was 10 years old, I am white and I’ve been harassed nonstop by a bunch of judgemental evil people, they even went after my family members, no, I did NOT KILL ANY ONE but, you’d think I had, some of the evil cruel nasty things they’ve done to my family, my twin sister, and myself, you would not believe if I told you. (Just for example, they planted three pot plants in our backyard and called the sheriff about our barking dogs–DONT MOVE TO MAPLETON, NORTH DAKOTA–FULL OF LAW ENFORCEMENT TRYING TO BUST METH MAKERS) I, too, believe that if I were black, rich, and a ballplayer of some sort, would be left alone to spend my millions and the others would have to suffer. I feel sick to my stomach to hear the word “N_G_ER”, even though when I get mad and upset I may say it in the privacy of my own home, would never ever say it to someone’s face, that’s just mean, period. I do believe that society has been more lienient (spelling?) towards those who are able to pay for good attorneys (OJ), (Michael Jackson), he has the money to pick up and move out of the country so that law enforcement cannot harass anyone. In my case, I upset someone who happened to be a policeman, and LAW ENFORCEMENT do “take care of their own” and you wouldn’t believe how much taxpayers money, time and energy has gone to waste. If America knew exactly to what extent the “law” will go to hurt innocent people who happen to have a mental illness, chronic pain, kidney stones, migraines, chronic diarrhea–well, you’ll have to read my book, but put it this way, they can get people into the medical field to lie about lab tests, and change diagnosis. I am not the only one they did this too, though. Moral of the story, don’t mess up when you’re a kid, especially if you piss off an officer of the law. What I did pales in comparison to what they’ve done to me.
As for black people, there are some of both white and black that are predjudice, but it’s the black people that tend to go on the rampage and destroy communities if the verdict doesn’t go their way, have yet to hear about a white neighborhood that wiped out a community with a riot.

As was waiting at the cash register to make a purchase when a black male came up and grabbed her from behind – and then brutally cut her throat with a knife. The assailant cut her throat down to her spinal cord severing her major arteries. Then simply let her drop to the floor as she bled furiously from her severed arteries.
She was taken to Shock Trauma, where she was pronounced dead. “There was no struggle,” said police spokesman Bill Toohey. “He came up, cut her, then left. She had no opportunity to struggle.” Police said when Ring went into the store, she had passed three men who had been playing Keno but had gone outside for a cigarette. One of the men came back in and killed her, officials said. The suspect is described as a black male, 20 to 30 years old and is 6 feet 1 inch tall. He weighs about 230 pounds, police said.

This was obviously a racially motivated hate crime. I notice that this brutal murder was not reported in the national media.
How often do you hear of a white male coming up from behind a black woman who is waiting in line at a cash register – grabbing her and cutting her throat with a knife? Do you think if a white man did this to a black woman that the incident would go unreported in the national media?
Interestingly, there were about 15 black patrons in the store at the time of the murder. None of them tried to help the girl. They left the store and did not wait around even to talk to the police.
When is the last time you heard of an incident where there was a murder committed in the presence of white people – and they simply fled the scene without trying to help. Without waiting for police?
This brutal murder happened just before Christmas (this past November). When I read about it I just cried… What sort of animal could do that?
