Kenielle Finch indicted, charged with murder after alleged hit and run

LOUISVILLE, Ky. (AP) — A Louisville man was indicted on murder charges Wednesday by the Jefferson County grand jury following a hit-and-run accident last month.
Kenielle D. Finch, 26, also faces several other charges, including assault and fleeing or evading police.Finch was allegedly at the wheel when Claudia Fay Wadlington, 5, and Riley Jane Lawrence, 4, were struck by a car outside a restaurant on July 25. The girls’ mother, Angie Wadlington, was also injured in the accident.
Finch had been pulled over by police when he sped away, striking the girls.
Prosecutors asked Finch to be held on $250,000 bond because he may be a flight risk.

Maybe a flight risk, he tried to flee when pulled over. HIs flight is what got the two innocents killed, and injured their mom. There should be no bond for this. If you are pulled over and try to flee, and cause someting like this, there is no excuse for it. No way of making it right, you can’t take it back. A family is ruined. All bacause of what, had a warrant for some traffic ticket. I can’t fathom the pain this woman will suffer, though i understand her loss i can not know her pain.

This big NIGGER does deserve a stricter bail and I dont think the guy should even be let off on bail, HE took the lives of 2 innocent little girls and left a mother to deal with the pain and loss. I would think this NIGGER shouldn’t even be eligible for bail, no matter the amount because he did this to these little girls and I think he should suffer in prison for life w/o the possibility of parole. The death sentence shouldn’t even be justified because that would just be a break from his suffering he should have to sit in prison and suffer for the rest of his life and have the other prisoners beat the hell out of him and let him know that not even prisonners like men who kill little girls

The children killed could have been black and I would still be f**king pissed that two innocent lives were taken for something so stupid. Unfortunately I grew up with this young man until the age of 15, and after that we were geographically separated. He has committed a severe illegal action which warrants a punishment. I don’t really understand the point of calling him the N-word. I am African-American and happen to be very successful career wise and financially. Although I know him, I sit on the fence and won’t sway one way or the other. To everyone who calls him out of his name, well you will learn sooner or later not to think you are superior, b/c no one is superior to anyone else. You should really strive to better yourselves mentally and psychologically b/c you need help. I hope Kenielle turns his life around in the 20+ years that he has received, but No one was created and put on this earth to judge another man, but I guess the first Amendment (which I protect every Americans’ right to) allows for such foolish comments.
