The Florida Federation of Republican Women, miffed that Oprah Winfrey refuses to invite Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin on her show, will be boycotting the show and cancelling their subscriptions to Oprah’s “O” magazine, the group announced today.
“Women in Florida helped build Oprah into the icon she is today,” said Linda Ivell, president of the federation. “With our Republican sisters across the nation, we have collectively enjoyed her entertaining, informative and female-driven programming as we raised our families and became more empowered as women. We are deeply disappointed in Ms. Winfrey’s decision to sit out the greatest political moment in the history of women since suffrage.
The way it seems is that regardless of Oprah’s gender, by that i mean its not about equal rights for women its about more rights for black people and or black women and, more laws on white Americans and to achieve this Blacks are majority voting Obama based on race in hopes to gain there said goals of more rights and a Black president, among other things…

The only reason I say anything to you is that I had a friend who was also a pagan and I being a christian he would rag on me and such as that. It has been pointed out to me (several times) that religion is something we can and should set aside in the name of Unity.Though hard headed as i may be (am i won’t lie), I have come to agree with this, due to the simple fact so many of us have a different belief yet are technically on the same side,and an army who fights itself needs no other enemies.

I’m someone who has never watched Oprah. I did subscribe to her magazine for a while. Her reputation is clearly going to be sullied because of her obvious link to racism rather than supporting the gender specific candidate. I thought her show was for women…I guess it’s for Oprah.
