Black man charged with raping 12-year-old boy

Tuesday, March 10, 2009
A Riviera Beach man is in jail after neighbors found him having sex with a 12-year-old boy, West Palm Beach police reports show.
This morning, a judge ordered Ricky Charles Jones, 50, held in lieu of $250,000 bond.
He is charged with lewd and lascivious battery on a child under 16.
