Remember, the first step in establishing a dictatorship is to disarm the citizens.
Gun-ban list proposed. Slipping below the radar (or under the short-term memory cap), the Democrats have already leaked a gun-ban list, even under the Bush administration when they knew full well it had no chance of passage (HR 1022, 110th Congress). It serves as a framework for the new list the Brady’s plan to introduce shortly. I have an outline of the Brady’s current plans and targets of opportunity. It’s horrific. They’re going after the courts, regulatory agencies, firearms dealers and statutes in an all out effort to restrict we the people. They’ve made little mention of criminals. Now more than ever, attention to the entire Bill of Rights is critical.
Gun bans will impact our freedoms under search and seizure, due process, confiscated property, states’ rights, free speech, right to assemble and more, in addition to the Second Amendment. The Democrats current gun-ban-list proposal (final list will be worse): More News & Banned Guns
Rifles (or copies or duplicates):
M1 Carbine,
Sturm Ruger Mini-14,
AR-15,
Bushmaster XM15,
Armalite M15,
AR-10,
Thompson 1927,
Thompson M1;
AK,
AKM,
AKS,
AK-47,
AK-74,

Almost anybody may buy these weapons.
But may they summon up the political will to defend them?
I only contribute to two gun groups:
1. Gun Owners of America
2. The Firearms Coalition
I have no patience with dumbass gun groups who have a movie actor posing with a flintlock. That’s clownish.
The gun group ( whom I will not name ) has lost its moral and political will. I am offended by its endless pleading for money and its magazine which is loaded with advertisements.
We are in deep shit here.
And the farther we go the deeper the shit gets.
“Banning instruments rather than acts indicate a belief that man is not worthy of his own free will. Well, some men are not, but that is no justification for whimsical legislation. The Founding Fathers struggled for the principle that man could and should be trusted with his own destiny.”
-Jeff Cooper-
“They that can give up essential liberty to obtain a little temporary safety deserve neither liberty nor safety.”
-Benjamin Franklin-
“Man has only those rights he can defend.”

“Whensoever the General Government assumes undelegated powers, its acts are unauthoritative, void, and of no force.”
-Thomas Jefferson-
“All laws which are repugnant to the Constitution are null and void.”
-U.S. Supreme Court Marbury v. Maidson, 5 US (2 Cranch) 137, 174, 176, (1803)-
“No one is bound to obey an unconstitutional law and no courts are bound to enforce it. The general rule is that an unconstitutional statute, though having the form and the name of law, is in reality no law, but is wholly void, and ineffective for any purpose, since unconstitutionality dates from the time of its enactment, and not merely from the date of the decision so branding it.”
-16th American Jurisprudence 2d, Section 177 late 2nd, section 256-
“I am free, no matter what rules surround me. If I find them tolerable, I tolerate them: if I find them too obnoxious, I break them.”
-Robert A. Heinlein-
“He has made his decision. Now let him enforce it.”
