Sonia Sotomayor denounced the World War II-era jailing of Japanese-Americans. Sotomayor, due back before the Senate Judiciary Committee at 9:30 am (1330 GMT) on Wednesday, said that the high court erred by rejecting a 1944 legal challenge to the 1942 presidential order for the notorious detentions
“It is inconceivable to me today that a decision permitting the detention and arrest of an individual solely on the basis of their race would be considered appropriate by our government,” she told the panel.
“A judge should never rule from fear. A judge should rule from law and the Constitution,” said the nominee,
Sotomayor declined to explicitly criticize former president George W. Bush’s actions after the September 11, 2001 terrorist strikes, but said that the attacks did not dent her belief in the need to protect individual rights.more

This is why that woman should not be a Supreme Court Judge. She has no common sense. She is a fool. The Supreme Court of the future will be filled with judges cut from the same anti-White cloth.
If Whites want any rights in the future they had better move now to secure such a future.
What a dog and pony show. Everyone knows that there isn’t even one pair of balls amongst those white male politicians and this horrible woman will be on the bench.
That’s right. She is a White-hating fool and she will be appointed solely because the White members of Congress have no balls, they have been de-balled by White Guilt and their pressure from AIPAC and ZOG.
This country is a world-wide JOKE! America died quite some time ago, all that remains is a frail skeleton with maggots cleaning up the corpse, or should I say vultures.
Do you see her eyelids flutter uncontrollably? That’s the sure sign of someone who is mentally ill. Just watch her.
eye-lids fluttering? -Maybe she’s possessed.
