As a jury decides Letalvis Cobbins’ fate–after a trial in which the defense’s strategy focused largely on blaming his brother Lemaricus Davidson–
The Christian and Newsom families are headed to another courtroom for the 3 p.m. hearing on the matter. Channon Christian and Chris Newsom were carjacked, raped, and murdered in January 2007. Cobbins and Davidson are two of the four accused.

Davidson’s defense attorneys are arguing against evidence gathered from the search of the Chipman Street house. The first page of the warrant was not signed by KPD Investigator Todd Childress–Childress says he printed the warrant on the wrong size paper. The line to sign was cut off.
Both Childress and Judge Tony Stansbury signed the second page. As Davidson’s attorneys fight that search warrant, a jury is deciding his brother Letalvis Cobbins’ fate.
The jury’s decision will rest in part on how successfully Cobbins’ defense team put the blame on Lemaricus Davidson–in closing arguments, attorney Scott Green went so far as to tell the jury that Davidson, not Cobbins, was the one who deserved to have a needle in his arm, a reference to the state’s method of execution by lethal injection.More

The most one can hope for is that the Prison guards will screw up a schedule and send them in a workplace with some A.B. boys. In fact that would be preferable to a 20 year wait for the death penalty that may be overturned by that time.

I think we should start doing what the blacks do to demand justice, start demonstrating, boycotts, national rallies,National assoc. for the advancment of cracker people, burning down black ‘hoods, marches, placards and loudspeakers. The blacks did all those things in the 60′s-70′s and look where they are now. I say we start marching and burnin black hoods and looting them to express our frustration at our social and economic adversaty in Black America.

If one individual acts on your recommendation it gives Dees and Potok all they need to commence yet another lawsuit.
