Why is it called a Bias Crime when a Black does it?

It’s a beautiful playground, on the side of a public school. After school hours, it is opened to the public. Unfortunately, Nechama Benjamin, 11 years old of Crown Heights Brooklyn found that what is true according to law is not true according to practice. The Daily News reported as follows about what has not yet been classified as a bias attack.
An 11-year-old Jewish girl was attacked at a Crown Heights playground by a band of black youths who slammed her into a metal slide, kicked her repeatedly – and pelted her with anti-Semitic invective, the girl’s mom said Wednesday.
“Dumb Jew! B—-! Why are you here? Why are you in this world?” the boys screamed as they pummeled Nechama Benjamin at a Montgomery St. playground early Tuesday evening.
In most matters, African Americans and Jews living together in Crown Heights face a lot of the same problems. There are street robberies, cars being broken into. There are drive by shootings that are kept out of the papers so the street gangs won’t proudly flash news clippings of their lethal handiwork.
Unfortunately, there are people out there who want to add to the increasing crime by turning different colour skin into the uniform of the enemy.
The Greisman playground beating brings home to me a truth that everyone can see. Bias laws are unevenly enforced. A lot of people in government will not classify an attack on a white or a Jew as a bias attack unless they get notarised statements from the assailants that they were motivated by racial, ethnic or religious prejudice.Source
The jews always suffer an amazing historical phenomena.
Jews create conditions that eventually backfire on them and blow up in their faces.
Way back I recommended a book “The Fatal Embrace of the State” – written by a jew – that deals with this recurring historical phenomena.
The orthodox jews are judaism’s “rednecks”. I don’t think that worldly zionist jews will extend them much aid and comfort.
I lived in New York City. The orthodox set themselves apart. They dress differently. They become a mark. The black instinctively hates anybody different.
I’ve made mistakes in life. Leaving New York City wasn’t one of them. One of the few things I did RIGHT.

If the victim of this crime had been White and not been a Jew this article would have never seen the light of day.
Finally, the “Jew” is getting a taste of their own poison and I cannot relish in it enough. What the “Jews” are pissed about is that the attack on the “Jew” is not a hate-crime, which we all know if it was a “White-Aryan” that they could careless, and even more so play the active role in making sure attacks on “Whites” by non-whites are not charged with a hate-crime like in all the hush-crimes against tens of thousands of our people every year.
Whoever, wrote this article is obviously a ” Cultural Marxist” by the way they speak of…..

Jews hate it that every non-Jew are fed-up with their Marxist (NWO) bullshit, trying to force us all to be equal, unified, get along, etc, when we all know it is not the case. Once you get the same personalities in the schoolyard then heads are bound to butt.

You notice there is no uproar from the (ADL, SPLC, etc) over this except when it’s a Gentile who’s doing the attacking. Nope, this is just a tragic misunderstanding and tragic misplacement of anger(i.e; not directed at White people).
I am honestly surprised the Jew-girl survived her encounter with the shit-skin Negroe beasts, not to mention was not raped let alone killed or tortured, because that is usually how it happens to us “Whites”. I guess the Niggers just felt sorry for her because she is a “Jew” which makes her a “Holocaust-Survivor” and decided to go easy on her the first time around.
As for the question, “why is it called a bias crime when a Black does it?”
I would say because to left-wing/Marxist and liberals and their (PC) agenda only us “Whites” can be haters. To the fucked-up left-wing mindset, when a non-white does it it is because they do not like you, and not liking someone doesn’t really mean you “hate” them, but rather made an unreasonable decision against the person.
This should clear-up the definitions as to why they use “Bias” over “Hate”.
Bias=: a personal and unreasoned judgment
Hate=to feel intense dislike, or extreme aversion or hostility
So by saying non-whites are “biased” and not “hateful” it is saying non-whites just made a bad and unreasonable decision during the time of the incident and was not thinking clearly and should be forgiven because they were not responsible for their actions because they were in the wrong mindset.
Just another way to get the bastards off completely or at least reduced sentences.
