NEW YORK – Two would-be guests of best-selling author Teri Woods’ book-signing party have filed a racial bias lawsuit against a Manhattan nightclub.
The women claim in the state Supreme Court suit that Greenhouse barred them from the August signing for “Alibi” because they’re African-American.
Their attorney, John Nonnenmacher, also represents Woods. He said the writer strongly supports them and is considering separate legal action. Woods told the Daily News that most of her black guests were barred while white guests were admitted. The suit said Woods tried unsuccessfully to persuade management to allow her black guests inside.
Club owner Barry Mullineaux called the allegations “bogus.”
The plaintiffs are seeking class-action status on behalf of about 100 guests.
Thank you Joe

The legal word for this is “frivolous”.
In the English system of law the LOSER pays court costs. This is a deterrent to “frivolous” suits.
it was only a matter of time before such a number was finally broken in a “race based crime” lawsuit. Now that its happened, it will become the norm.
And I agree with a244. FRIVOLOUS.
300 lb wilder beast can’t fit through the doorway. That’s not racist, that’s just being practical.
The “$” is their professed obsession…another reason why even the Jews hate them.
A billion dollars? It would seem not only is she suing for herself, but for the next five generations so that they will not have to really work either. Unbelievable.
Didn’t one sheboon try to press charges over Chiggen McNuggeds a few months ago?
One billion dollars (in a Mike Meyers character voice). LOL.
@Sliver THAT DESERVES AN ALL CAP LOCK LMWAO….
