Literature deemed free speech; Aryan Nations will distribute more

The Aryan Nations will continue to distribute its literature across North Idaho and Eastern Washington, one member said Wednesday.
The misdemeanor charges were dropped Dec. 3, Deputy City Attorney Anna Eckhart said Wednesday, because the fliers weren’t any different than any other political handout — therefore perfectly legal to distribute.
“That doesn’t constitute hate,” Mullet said of the church’s message. “How is that a message of hate?”
Police caught up to the three men on South 14th Street, near Young Avenue, after multiple reports by citizens. The city’s police department had fielded several months worth of complaints on the literature by the time the three were ticketed. Police reports state the three men were cooperative during the traffic stop, and explained to officers they were “exercising freedom of speech rights according to the law.” The men had two guns, with permits, and a folded knife with them, reports state.
News of the dismissed charges didn’t come as a surprise to the members, who said they plan to increase their circulation effort across North Idaho and into Washington.
“Basically, we reviewed the case law and did not feel we could make a good faith argument that these fliers were anything but them exercising their right to free speech,” she said. Paul Mullet, 45 at the time, and Kevin McGurre, 27, were given misdemeanor citations for littering in August. Todd Weston, 31, was given a citation for aiding a misdemeanor. “We’re intelligent. We know our laws and we’re abiding by our laws,” he added. “We did nothing wrong. It’s a political message and we will continue to do it.”

Keep up the work boys. Here in MA. I saw on the News that the police were looking for the people responsible for distributing “The Truth at Last” (David Dukes newsletter) this was a few years ago but they were looking to press “Hate Crime charges” That is what keeps me from plastering fliers and stickers. I do post anti -obongo stuff on occasion. but I am chickenshit to be honest to go further. The last thing I need even if I am exercising free speech is to get on the news.

Notice that they didn’t walk into anything. This movement is infested with mad dogs and it’s nice to know they have some brains at the helm.
Notice the “littering” charge. That’s a favorite. “Littering” is a pretext for censorship. Any lawyers on our side would do a service by researching the abuse of “littering” ordinances. Could be attacked on grounds of selective and malicious enforcement.
This is good news! Our movement is finally evolving…and not a moment too soon.

There are always ways to sidestep your weaknesses and exploit your strengths.
Mail one piece of literature, routinely, once a week, to a random address in your phone book. That’s 48 cents a week!
Provide a false address. Or the address of your local police department.
Mailed once a week, never failing, there’s no way in hell they can find you.
Its nice to see the AN win one. It is a prime example though of how “united” the states are with selective enforcement of “laws”. Meanwhile, black hate (the israelites) groups openly stand on the street corner of 42nd street and 8th ave. and some other locations in nyc openly advocate hate and violence toward whites and the almighty jew controlled nypd does NOTHING, not even “littering” charges.
Distributing flier’s is ineffective.
I have passed out thousands throughout Southern Ca. And Montana.All it does is put you or your org. in the spotlight for a day. We made a few news articles,a couple of tv news spots.I dont think we reached anybody.
A much more effective method is to meet and greet. I hosted several large get togethers at my house.Each time the numbers grew,as friends have like minded friends. Some were weeded out,some returned. I always stressed to everyone in attendance that we are here to work across lines of affiliation. It works.
Dave I can see your point and A244′s. I think random mailing of flyers is a good thing. There are so many white people who don’t know where to turn.
I’m proud of those 2 men. But the littering is BS. Selective enforcement is spot on. The Jews and the shadow government know we’re on to them. They’ll come after us with both barrels.

mailing the letters is a good idea. i distribute fliers when ever i’m out. at gas stations, over liberal rag newsstands and if a get a good vibe from someone. this in the rotting state of california. i’ve never been harassed, but i have been stared at by those that have seen the material. i think a lot of people don’t know what to think. they’ve been hypnotized and brainwashed for much of their lives. they seem to have tunnel vision either through conditioning or by choice. i won’t stop. we have to turn back the tide.
The littering is B.S. I always wondered what happened to Kevin after he left here.He and I had some good and bad times.He has done alot though,especially for someone his age.
A lady friend and her daughter were helping me pass out fliers down in so. Ca one time.A group of people were apparently so disturbed by the (Love your race) flier,they actually decided to follow us home!

Our support is growing more every day. People thought that the Aryan Nations was gone, but as I have said it never left, it was sleeping till the time was right. We here at the Aryan Nations are pleased that we have started in and letting others know that we are still here. I stated in a interview the Aryan Nations is back and it will not LEAVE! We will never surrender, and never forget the memories of Pastor Butler.

I never got meet Butler,but was able to meet with Metzger.My Father was also friends with Tommy when we lived in Fallbrook,and what a stand up guy he is.

I want to thank you for that video. It is sad to watch but I kknow that they gave there life for a reason. So when may continue the fight. The resurgence of the Aryan Nations is doing that. I have done the flier thing a few times.. Ive only been confronted once by a cop and he just told me to go home
flyers are a joke. we as european – americans need to take back our country by force. the days of flyers are over. i cant picture hitler standing on a street corner passing out flyers.

Yes thank you to those who did pass the fliers, my husband and i have done the same, thousands and thousands to be exact.. it doesnt get alot of attention, more bad then good. but even the bad attention is attention letting people know we are here and we are not giving up..
But yes, I do share the same concern as I think everyone white that comes to this site, we do need to stand up and fight, but how? how do we unite and gather without being arrested or be accused of being terrorists? To be able to get enough people in one location to make a difference.. People come on here and complain and say stand up and fight! then do your research. Look up the North West Migration and Harold Covington. If we as a race are not willing to sacrifice our material things in life and sacrifice as the pilgrims did, packing just what they needed and migrate to where resources and our last chance to save our country then dont complain… So i suggest doing such that do your research start saving back as much as possible instead of drinking, or buying movies, or going out to eat, spoiling your kids, and so forth,sacrifice! The only way we are going to be able to win this battle or to have any chance at all is this,NWM! This is our last and only chance!
