From Hope To Disappointment: Barack Hussein Obama

A year ago on an Inauguration Day like no other, Barack Obama placed his hand upon the Lincoln Bible and then assured a weary nation
that, with hope and virtue, we could “brave once more the icy currents, and endure what storms may come.”

Boyd had only just entered his own economic storm. A couple of weeks out of work as a DIRECTV salesman, the Obama supporter nevertheless watched the inauguration on TV with a kind of goose-bumpy, things-are-bound-to-get-better anticipation.
“I felt a tremendous sense of pride. I felt like he was the right guy. I felt a sense of optimism,” recalls Boyd.
Now a year later, Boyd writes in his blog: “We believed what the man said in all those ‘yes, we can’ speeches. My one question is: Where are all those reassuring speeches now?”
“To say I’m disappointed by the Obama presidency thus far would be an understatement.”
Forget “can” “change” and, above all, “hope.” The new word echoing in the blogosphere and beyond as Obama enters Year Two:
DISAPPOINTMENT.

He may not have said in the first year or whatever, but wouldnt he have done SOMETHING in the first year? I mean besides spending millions on all the vacations and dates he and his “wife” have been on.
Says he is going to create jobs, yet it has been a steady “lay off” since he got in the the big chair.
Has spent more money than the past 2 presidents combined, and the American people have nothing to show for it.
I know most folks say he inherited a bad situattion, but dont they all (those “elected”) say that, blaming the man before them. Dont they all make the same promises to get the “votes”.
I want to know who was the last president to actually improve anything for America/Americans.
Liberals are a bunch of whinnie cry babies. Always accusing others of what they are doing. Crying that they are the victim as they are victimizing others. Hey, you morons, whatever Bush did, Obama has done many, many, many times over. This economy is “Obama’s baby, HE AND THE DEMOCRAT CONGRESS REFUSED TO TAKE ANY INPUT FROM THE REPUBLICANS, AND THERE HAVE BEEN LOTS OF REASONABLE, RESPONSIBLE ALTERNATIVES. But, you looney libs believe all the lies and propaganda feed to you sheep by the liberal bias media. Which is nothing more than the White House (Obama) lies. Guess what, you libs are going to suffer right along with the rest of the country if the conservatives are not able to stop this obama, pelosi, reid train wreck. Rush, Hannity and Beck are simply making the public aware of the corruption and dirty dealing going on with the Administration. I know you libs hate to hear the awful disgusting truth about your lying, cheating president.
