11-Year-Old Gives Birth, Mother’s Boyfriend Could Be The Father

(CINCINNATI) — An 11-year-old girl has given birth in a case that has shocked social workers.
Hamilton County Jobs and Family Services spokesman Brian Gregg tells FOX19 that no one in their department can remember such a young girl giving birth. The girl was only 10 years old when she was impregnated.
The birth of the baby at University Hospital in November set off an investigation.
Gregg says the baby has been placed in a foster home and the mother is living with a relative.
“Our job is to keep the young girl and the baby as safe as possible,” said Gregg. Source>>>

And as for serial killers, at some point in their brain’s development (in the womb, likely) something interrupted (this could be many things, like mercury poisoning, chemicals or toxins, herbicides, etc) normal development before the psycho got everything that would make him human (such as a conscience or regard for life). This is not a problem that can be fixed. It is also seemingly epidemic in certain populations (you know who). The best you can do with a psycho or sociopath is kill them, sorry to say. You’d save more innocent people that way. They are just like child molesters: there is no cure.
