DC Comics’ Gay Superhero In The Works:
Publisher Dan DiDio Hints At Established Character’s Coming Out
The homoerotic subtext of comic book superheroes has been a hot topic in the gay community for some time. Now comics fans and the lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender blogosphere is abuzz with news that a major DC Comics character will “come out” in a future issue.
Details of the character and his specific story arc are relatively scarce thus far, but as Bleeding Cool is reporting, DC Comics co-publisher Dan DiDio told attendees at the Kapow Comic Convention in London that the superhero — an established player in one of the series, and was originally introduced as straight — will become “one of our most prominent gay characters.”
DC Comics has produced some of the comic book world’s most iconic superheroes, including Superman, Wonder Woman and others. Senior Vice President Bob Wayne compared his company’s policy on gay characters to that of President Obama in that it “has evolved.”

Ive heard that Marvel Comics added a burka wearing muslim superhero after disney acquired the company. Most of the titles I used to read are Marvel. However there were only two DC titles I read on a regular basis. Its also been a couple decades since I last bout a comic.
Now DC is going to have a major character openly gay. While DC does have a few major characters, I dont think it will be to difficult to figure out what character it will be.
Call it a gut call, but I seriously doubt it will be Wonder Woman. Aquaman is a somewhat big character but not major, so he’s out. Green Lantern, while big, I have my doubts there as well.
Of the other major heros, Captain Marvel (Shazam), Batman, Superman and Flash, Im pretty sure it will be one of those four characters.
Not Superman I dont think. When DC went and set up everything to kill Superman, the backlash was instant.
That leaves Batman and Captain Marvel (Shazam) and Flash. Those are the three most likely. If its Batman they do, they are signing the death knell for the character. Theyd lose to much in sales if it was Batman so thats out. that leaves Shazam and Flash, if they turn Flash into the puffer, I think the queers will be ecstatic. Using his speed, the queers would start fantasizing about the possibilities. Shazam. I dont know much about that character, yet Im pretty sure its him.
I Am 48 years old, and I love the OLD comics. Very seldom, do I buy the newer stuff. I am so sick and fucking tired of the PC bullshite that is infecting EVERYTHING now. I have had it with the fucking poofters, kaffirs and all of the other wogs being appeased as they have been. No wonder these cunts want more and more, and get more and more.Just an aside, DC, like Marvel are and have always been Khazar-controlled.

Let the gays create their own comic book hero. Why should the present characters have to change?
