Two teenage girls confessed to their roles in the October slaying of a Lake Elsinore mother, then giggled and chatted about what happened as they sat together in a police interrogation room. After Anna Salinas, 15, and Dayana Cordova, then 16, explained how they planned the Oct. 18 shooting that killed Angelina Arias, 20, the teenagers were left in a room together at the sheriff’s station in Lake Elsinore, Detective Darren Wills testified.

During the hearing at the Southwest Justice Center, Wills’ testimony revealed a picture of two teenagers who left a Lake Elsinore home on Oct. 18 with a pistol and a plan to carjack someone if they could not find a ride to Knott’s Berry Farm and Long Beach. They saw a car they liked and found out it belonged to Arias when they went inside a restaurant. Arias was not scheduled to work that day; she was covering for a co-worker whose son was sick, testified Detective Raymond Huskey.

While getting in Arias’ car they shot her that night in Lake Elsinore while her infant was in the car and left the baby outside a Perris apartment where it sat on a porch for two hours, Wills testified. Arias’ body was left in the street near the corner of Lantern Hill Lane and Westwind Drive in Lake Elsinore, and the shooting was reported around 9:40 p.m., authorities have said. After leaving the baby, Cordova went to a friend’s house and got “high” while Salinas got something to eat from Jack N the Box with another friend, Wills testified.     Full Article

Lamin Darboe, 40, was sentenced to 8 1/2 years to life in prison for raping a woman who was in his care at Kindred Hospital in Northgate last year. Superior Court Judge Julie Spector called it one of the most tragic cases she had ever seen and noted his ultimate prison term would be up to the state parole board.

“It is such a violation of a trust relationship that you still do not take responsibility for,” Spector told Darboe. “If it were up to me, I would never release you back into the community.”

The woman, a 33-year-old mother of four, suffered a stroke that left her paralyzed and unable to speak. Using head movements and a letter board to spell words, she was eventually able to report that Darboe had repeatedly climbed onto her hospital bed and forced himself on her.

Darboe remained a licensed nursing assistant for 13 years, working at various hospitals despite a domestic-violence conviction, two rape investigations and three sexual-misconduct claims by patients.

Two Israeli brothers have been detained in connection with the stabbing to death of a Palestinian taxi driver in an apparent hate crime, police said.
Julian Soufir, 25, has been ordered to be held for 10 days and his brother, Jonathan, 21, for three days.

One of the suspects had confessed the attack was anti-Arab and nationalist in nature, a police spokesman said.

Police investigators said they believed Julian Soufir went to Jerusalem to hunt for an Arab taxi driver. He is believed to have hired Karaki to drive him back to Tel Aviv, then he lured him into the apartment and killed him.

A pair of 16-year-old Crystal Lake girls are facing felony hate crime charges alleging they plastered their high school walls with fliers containing anti-homosexual comments and showing two men kissing. The incident occurred within the last week at Crystal Lake South High School, First Assistant McHenry County State’s Attorney Thomas Carroll confirmed, and landed at least one of the girls in juvenile detention.

“You can be charged with a hate crime if you make a statement or take an action that inflicts injury or incites a breach of the peace based on a person’s race, creed, gender or perceived sexual orientation,” Carroll said.

Amazing, apparently you only have freedom of speech if you’re politically correct.

A Nueces County jury reached a guilty verdict at about 5 p.m. in the trial of an illegal immigrant who’s accused of raping an elderly woman in her Annaville home. “Terrible, brutal, vicious, inhuman, you could say these were acts committed by an animal,” Prosecutor Bill Ainsworth said. Ainsworth described how 22-year-old Eugenio Sandoval brutally raped a 64-year-old woman. “She was punched in the face; she was urinated on, and was brutally raped,” Ainsworth said. “Every way that someone could be raped.” The punishment phase of the trial begins Thursday. He now faces as much as life in prison.

An illegal immigrant has been charged with aggravated sexual assault of a child, KPRC Local 2 reported Thursday.

Pearland police said Isaias Larios, 20, spotted an 11-year-old girl behind a church on Third Street on Sunday.

“There was a young girl washing her hands because she had finished using the restroom,” Capt. Jon Matherne said. “He grabbed her, took her out back, made her climb a fence and sexually assaulted her.” An immigration hold has also been placed on Larios because he is in the country illegally, police said. Larios is from El Salvador.

A Border Patrol agent was charged Monday with first-degree murder in the shooting of an illegal immigrant at the border in January. An investigation found that Agent Nicholas Corbett’s killing of Francisco Dominguez-Rivera, of Puebla, Mexico, was not legally justified, said Cochise County prosecutor Ed Rheinheimer.

It was perfectly justified, the Border Patrol did their job by stopping illegal immigrants from flooding our country like they are doing every day.

Corbett is also charged with second-degree murder, manslaughter and negligent homicide. A judge will determine which of the charges the evidence supports best, Rheinheimer said. The shooting, which drew condemnation from the Mexican government, occurred while Corbett was trying to apprehend Dominguez-Rivera and three others who were trying to enter the country illegally.   Full article

One student has been suspended and more disciplinary action could follow a possible “hate crime” at Lewiston Middle School, Superintendent Leon Levesque said Wednesday. On April 11, a white student placed a ham steak in a bag on a lunch table where Somali students were eating. Muslims consider pork unclean and offensive.

The school incident is being treated seriously as “a hate incident,” Levesque said. Lewiston police are investigating, and the Center for the Prevention of Hate Violence is working with the school to create a response plan. Placing ham where Muslim students were eating was “an awful thing,” said Stephen Wessler, executive director of the Center for Prevention of Hate Violence. “It’s extraordinarily hurtful and degrading” to Muslims, whose religion prohibits them from being around ham. It’s important to respond swiftly, Wessler said.

Seven days ago, Luciano Ortega Melendres was in a Mecklenburg County courtroom pleading guilty to a DWI charge he received last March. He paid a fine, was sentenced to one year of unsupervised probation and walked away (Why wasn’t he deported?). Sunday night, a man trying to cross Albemarle Road in east Charlotte was hit and killed. Police arrested Melendres, 30, and charged him with DWI, hit and run and driving without a license.

Representative Sue Myrick’s office said this is one more death that might have been prevented if the Scott Garnder Act was in place. The bill is named for the Gaston County teacher killed two years ago by a drunk driver and illegal immigrant with five prior DWI arrests.

An illegal immigrant arrested in connection with a collision that killed a father of five was drunk and on drugs, and had four previous drunken driving convictions, law officers said.

Jose Pena, 26, was allegedly traveling 90 miles per hour on March 31 when he crossed a double yellow line and hit 33-year-old Kent Boone. He also allegedly had two pounds of crystal methamphetamine in his truck, according to California Highway Patrol officers who later checked Pena’s home and found more drugs. Pena was booked into the Solano County Jail on suspicion of murder, driving under the influence and drug offenses when he was released from the hospital a week after the crash

It was only 40 years ago - on June 12, 1967 - that the U.S. Supreme Court knocked down a Virginia statute barring whites from marrying non-whites. The decision also overturned similar bans in 15 other states. Since then, the number of interracial marriages has greatly increased; for example, black-white marriages increased from 65,000 in 1970 to 422,000 in 2005, according to Census Bureau figures. Factoring in all racial combinations, Stanford University sociologist Michael Rosenfeld calculates that more than 7 percent of America’s 59 million married couples in 2005 were interracial, compared to less than 2 percent in 1970.

This is nothing more than racial genocide! In most countries around the world race mixing is looked down upon, why is it so accepted here? The International Auschwitz Council agreed Tuesday to modernize a 51-year-old exhibition at the site of the Nazi “death camp” and build walls to prevent the ruins of “gas chambers” from sinking into the ground. The decision to renovate and preserve remains of the camp in southern Poland marks a change in the long-standing approach to maintaining the site, which has been left as the Allies found it when they liberated the camp at the end of World War II.
But two of the “gas chambers” are slowly sinking into the ground and will likely slide out of sight within the next two decades if nothing is done.

Well we can’t let that happen can we? Then they couldn’t show people what the FAKE gas chambers look like!

Snoop Dogg was booked Monday on one felony count of possession of a deadly weapon filed after security officers at John Wayne International Airport found a collapsible baton in his carry-on luggage. If convicted, he could be sentenced to three years in prison. The Sept. 27 incident occurred as Snoop Dogg prepared to take a flight to San Francisco. Last month, the rapper was arrested at Bob Hope Airport in Burbank for investigation of illegal drug and gun possession. He posted $35,000 bail and was ordered to appear in court Dec. 12.

A twice-deported illegal immigrant with a history of drug arrests has been convicted in the traffic death of a Yakima Valley Community College educator. A Yakima County Superior Court jury deliberated for barely half an hour Thursday before finding Marcos Ramos Medina, 35, most recently of Portland, Ore., guilty of vehicular homicide in his second trial. Medina faces 2 1/2 to 5 years in prison when he is sentenced Nov. 16 for the death of Peggy Keller, 53, a radiology expert and dean of distance education and technical services at the two-year school. Dhiren Barot, an al Qaida terrorist, planned a series of synchronized attacks on the UK. These included blowing up limousines in underground car parks and setting off a radioactive “dirty bomb”. The alleged hate-crime beating of a Pakistani man by Jewish teenagers has rattled New York’s Muslim community and spurred calls for a U.S. government investigation by an advocacy group. Prosecutors have charged five teens with hate crimes in what they describe as a brutal beating of the 24-year-old Muslim man, Shahid Amber, last weekend. Amber said he was eating ice cream outside a Dunkin’ Donuts near his home Sunday night when a group of 10 to 15 youths wearing yarmulkes began taunting him, calling him a “terrorist” and other disparaging and profane words. He said he tried to ignore them but they came over and one knocked his ice cream out of his hand. “One of them, he spit in my face,” Amber said in a phone interview Friday. “As I was cleaning my face, I noticed a punch coming at my face with brass knuckles on it.” Read more »

A bizarre belief among many African black men that sex with a virgin, even a child or baby, can cure HIV/AIDS is fueling what is already one of the highest child sexual exploitation rates in the world. According to the latest report by South Africa’s Police Service, children are the victims of 41 percent of all rapes and attempted rapes reported in the country. Over 15 percent of all reported rapes are against children under 11, and another 26 percent against children 12-17. For the year 2000, some 58 children were raped or the victims of rape attempts in South Africa every single day. Babies as young as only a few months old are being raped almost daily. South African police statistics show that last year alone, 21,538 rapes and attempted rapes of children under the age of 18 were reported.

A 9-year-old boy in Volusia County, Florida was charged with battery on a school teacher, the fourth time he has attacked a teacher. Police reported that the boy told them he attacked the teacher because she was White.

Ten youths were arrested, nine of them girls, and charged with a hate-crime attack Tuesday night after allegedly jumping a group of young females and beating them. The victims told police they were walking on the 3800 block of Linden Avenue at about 9:15 p.m. on their way to a haunted house when they were taunted, then jumped and beaten up. The girls said there was a large group of young black boys and girls gathered in the area as they walked up the street. When the victims, who are all White, walked by the group, the black youths began taunting them and shouting racial slurs. At some point, the verbal attack turned physical and the victims, believed to be two girls and one adult, sustained substantial injuries. One of the victims was also robbed of her cell phone. A surge in violence made St. Louis the most dangerous city in the country, leading a trend of violent crimes rising much faster in the Midwest than in the rest of the nation, according to an annual list. A 15-year-old boy stole a bus, drove it along a public transit route, picked up passengers and collected fares, authorities said Sunday. With his glowing white skin, clear blue eyes and soft blonde hair, Noreen and Bruce Coles have always said their six-year-old son, Richard has the face of an angel.

But when a photograph of the fair-skinned youngster was sent off for a new passport, officials found fault with his features, saying he was ‘too pale’ to have a passport.

Mrs Coles, 44, said: “They said my son was too pale to get a passport. They claimed that he was too bright on his forehead, nose and cheeks- they said he was too pale to be put through the scanner. Mrs Coles insisted that a manager inspect the photograph, who agreed that there was nothing wrong with the image.

The mother-of-three from Wadhurst, East Sussex was also told that there was a risk that the digital passport would not be accepted at border controls abroad due to his paleness.

Last month, officials also rejected the application of five-year-old Hannah Edwards because the bare shoulders showing in her photograph could offend Muslims.

In December of 2004, the bodies of Stacy Smith, who was pregnant at the time, and her 10-year-old daughter, Taylor Swanson, were found in their apartment by firefighters who were responding to a call at the building. After a cross-country search, police arrested Paul Allan Gordon. He admitted to strangling Smith, because she was carrying his baby. He has also admitted to raping her little girl and then strangling her too, before starting the fire to cover up his crimes.

Thursday in court, family members and friends wore purple, Taylor’s favorite color. They wanted to show that the smiling, innocent, little girl is still alive in their hearts. Gordon was sentenced to three life sentences, plus about three years for the arson.

A man accused of stabbing two Canadian women walking in Manhattan’s theater district told investigators he was angry because when he tried to talk to them, they snubbed him, according to a police report made public Monday during his arraignment.

“Yeah, those white girls. … They don’t want to talk to anybody, so I went after them,” Kenny Alexis allegedly told investigators.

He previously stabbed two others before this attack, Christopher McCarthy and Ambrosio Castro who he said he felt threatened by. Alexis stabbed two more a short time later after approaching Melanie Carrier, 22, and Audrey Perrier, 25, as they crossed Broadway at 47th Street. He “was upset that they wouldn’t talk to him so he quickly followed behind them” and stabbed each in the back.

Lego said it will end its production in Enfield, Connecticut, and lay off 300 people there in early 2007, while some 900 employees in Denmark will also be let go over the next three years. The production in Enfield is to be moved to Mexico, the group said in a statement. In September, Lego said it was considering moving all or parts of its production to Eastern Europe or China, and said the restructuring plans could affect all of its production facilities.

The senate will hear a new bill that would require publishers to include gay and lesbian history in public school textbooks. The bill would require publishers to include the contributions of “people who are lesbian, gay, bisexual or transgender to the economic, political and social development of California and the United States of America.” The bill would only effect California for now, but if it gets passed we won’t hear the end of it until all our kids are being taught of gays “accomplishments”. Supporters of the bill have said they hope including gay and lesbian issues in course curricula for public schools will replace the negative and stereotyped images of the LGBT community with more informed ones among California youths. By requiring students to learn about gay and lesbian issues, even if they do not support gay rights, Fishel said, “it’s almost discrimination in the reverse.” “Current California law recognizes the importance of teaching about a variety of people and groups that contribute to our diverse society,” said Geoffrey Kors, Equality California executive director, in a press release.

Germany agreed Tuesday to help clear the way for the opening of Nazi records on some 17 million Jews and enslaved laborers who were persecuted and slain by the Nazis and their collaborators during the Holocaust more than 60 years ago. 17 million? That’s funny, because according to the World Almanac of 1938, it gives the number of Jews in the world as 16,588,259. So how could 17 million be persecuted when there weren’t even 17 million Jews in the world around the time that the “Holocaust” is said to have started? If that were true, there would be no such thing as a Jew anymore, yet there sure seems to be a lot of “survivors”.

Until now, Germany resisted providing access to the archives, citing privacy concerns. For 60 years, the International Red Cross has used the archived documents to trace missing and dead Jews and forced laborers, who were systematically persecuted by Nazi Germany and its anti-Semitic confederates across central and eastern Europe before and during World War II. The archives have remained off-limits to historians and the public. There is a reason they have been off limits, going by the facts, it looks like they will have to add to the list of Jews in the world, but they have lied about things before to get sympathy, why should this be any different?

 Eighth-graders with last names beginning with L through Z at Apopka Memorial Middle School were given yellow five-pointed stars for Holocaust Remembrance Day. John Tinnelly, a father of one of the students said his son was forced to stand in the back of the classroom and not allowed to sit because he was wearing the yellow star. “He was forced to go to the back of the lunch line four times by an administrator,” Tinnelly said. “He was crying,” Tinnelly said. “I said, ‘What are you crying about?’ He said, ‘Daddy, I was a Jew today.’”

 Those wearing the yellow stars were not allowed to use the water fountains. “I tried to talk to my son and I asked all of these questions and the only thing he said is, ‘Daddy, the only thing I found out today is I don’t want to be Jewish,’” Tinnelly said. (Sounds like he learned a good thing from it). “They need to know, we don’t want history to repeat itself,” Principal Douglas Guthrie said.

Dell Inc. plans to double the number of its employees in India to 20,000 in three years, Chairman Michael Dell said Monday, in what appeared to be moves by the world’s largest personal computer maker to beef up its presence in one of the world’s fastest growing markets.

So what about whites here? Are they going to be left out of more jobs because people in India work for less? Many Western companies have been cutting costs by shifting software development, engineering design and routine office functions to countries such as India, where English-speaking workers are plentiful and wages are low. Dell also plans to set up a manufacturing center in India, it currently has nine plants around the world, six are outside the United States.

While trying to break up a drug ring, four SWAT officers were injured and taken to the hospital. Senior Cpl. Dale Hackbarth, Senior Cpl. Harry “Chuck” Deltufo, Sgt. Kenneth Wilkins, and Senior Cpl. Adolfo Perez are the SWAT officers who survived the shootout. As border violence and drug dealing has spread into Dallas, police have been getting tougher. “In September, we went to SWAT and said, “We need you guys to do more,’ ” said Dallas First Assistant Chief David Brown. Them being in harm’s way is making Dallas safer,” Chief Brown said. “We’re convinced that taking the fight to the bad guys and being more proactive is the right thing to do for the citizens.”

 Seven people, some Mexican nationals, were arrested around North Texas in connection with the drug ring that particularily dealt with methamphetamine. Among them was the man police believe shot at them, 43-year-old Alejandro Tamayo, who surrendered after a standoff. Meth is a lucrative market, selling for $400 to $3,000 per ounce, according to the Drug Enforcement Administration. Experts say that as the drug’s popularity increases, prices will rise and so will the violence among competing traffickers.

Extending a 30-year legal battle, an immigration judge ordered John Demjanjuk, a retired autoworker accused of being a Nazi concentration camp guard, deported to Ukraine. Demjanjuk, who is 85, has been fighting to stay in this country since the 1970s. He was suspected of being the guard known as Ivan the Terrible for awhile and was nearly executed in Israel. Chief U.S. Immigration Judge Michael Creppy said Demjanjuk should be deported to Germany or Poland if Ukraine does not accept him. Demjanjuk lost his U.S. citizenship after a judge ruled in 2002 that documents from World War II prove he was a Nazi guard at various camps. The United States first tried to deport Demjanjuk in 1977, accusing him of being Ivan the Terrible at the Treblinka concentration camp. The current case is on findings by the Justice Department accusing him of being a different guard. Once again, the Jews are taking another man in his 80’s and deporting them.

A group of elderly Holocaust survivors came forward Friday with accounts of a death squad they formed after World War II to take revenge on their Nazi persecutors, recounting a brazen operation in which they poisoned hundreds of SS officers.
Members of the group, code-named “the Avengers,” said they received a large amount of arsenic from Paris and laced loaves of bread fed to hundreds of SS officers imprisoned in an American camp after the war. Many were reportedly hospitalized but it was unclear if any died. “I didn’t see myself as a murderer, not
then and not today,” Simcha Rotem told Channel Two.
“I wanted to finish off the SS officers who were held by the Americans … unfortunately we did not succeed,” he said.

This is referred to as “Jewish revenge”. Revenge from what? A supposed ‘holocaust’ which was no where near as bad as what they would like you to believe. Thousands of blacks rallied against ‘inequalities’ in the US, once again saying the US government was too slow to save them after Hurricane Katrina because they’re black. Louis Farrakhan, leader of the Nation of Islam and one of the organizers for the march said “I firmly believe if the people on those rooftops had blond hair and blue eyes and pale skin, something would have been done in a more timely manner.” That’s probably true, because the government wouldn’t have had to deal with all the looting and the blacks that just wanted an excuse to act like savages. But of course this is still all because the government doesn’t care about blacks right? The rally was held on the anniversary of the “Million Man March” held ten years ago, which focused on encouraging black men to take responsibility for improving the lives of their families and communities. When drivers cross the Williamburg Bridge into Manhattan, New York, they will now be seeing a sign that says “Oy Vey” underneath “Leaving Brooklyn”.
