The state of Nebraska went to court Friday to keep a State Patrol trooper who belongs to a white supremacist group off the force.

At a news conference in Lincoln, state Attorney General Jon Bruning said the patrol had fired Robert Henderson in February, alleging conduct unbecoming an officer.

After a secret State Patrol investigation of Henderson, he was confronted with evidence that he was a member of the Knights Party, which has ties to the Ku Klux Klan.

Arbitrator Paul J. Caffera, a lawyer from New York, last week overturned Henderson’s firing, saying he was entitled to his First Amendment rights of free speech and that the state had failed to prove that Henderson’s private activities had reflected poorly on the patrol.

Where in the Constitution, or in the Bill of Rights, does it read that one’s personal freedoms can be overturned because of political affiliation? Are we not entitled to our beleifs, to worship and to pay fealty to the politics of our choice? We are witnessing the second coming of the Communist Control Act, only this time it is White Nationalists who are the target. This is what it has come to; be Liberal or get the hell out.

At 2PM in Madison, Wisconsin, White Nationalist voices will be heard. Local unit organizers of the National Socialist Movement plan to hold a rally at the Capitol building to decry the evils of illegal immigration and current US immigration policies.

A counter-demonstration is planned by an organization calling itself “No Nazis in Madison”, which is scheduled to begin at 1PM. Supporting them are various non-White ethnic organizations such as Centro Hispano and the Madison Jewish Community Council.

I would like to offer my support and best wishes to the Minneapolis-based National Socialist Movement and the Madison commanders who are brave enough to take a stand for what they believe in, for what’s right, and for White Nationalists across the United States. It is my hope that their voices will be heard, and that the event is peaceful for all involved. It would not break my heart, however, if the Leftist protesters take their usual path of violence and civil disobedience to a level where Law Enforcement will find it necessary to arrest a few…

The German government has confirmed reports that two German submarines have been sold to
Israel … Deputy government spokesman Thomas Steg said Friday the two Dolphin-class submarines, called U212s, were ordered in November 2005 but would only be delivered to Israel in 2010.

Steg also confirmed that the German government would finance a part of the sale.

Israel already has three German submarines — the most expensive weapon platforms in Israel’s arsenal.

Germany, which believes it has a historic responsibility to help Israel because of the mass murder of Jews in World War II, donated the first two submarines after the 1991
Gulf War.

It split the cost of the third with the Jewish state.

According to Jane’s Defence Weekly, the U212s are designed for a crew of 35, have a range of 4,500 kilometres (2,810 miles) and can launch cruise missiles carrying nuclear warheads.

A draft Bush administration plan for special military courts seeks to expand the reach and authority of such “commissions” to include trials, for the first time, of people who are not members of al-Qaeda or the Taliban and are not directly involved in acts of international terrorism, according to officials familiar with the proposal.

Under the proposed procedures, defendants would lack rights to confront accusers, exclude hearsay accusations, or bar evidence obtained through rough or coercive interrogations. They would not be guaranteed a public or speedy trial and would lack the right to choose their military counsel, who in turn would not be guaranteed equal access to evidence held by prosecutors.

Detainees would also not be guaranteed the right to be present at their own trials, if their absence is deemed necessary to protect national security or individuals.

A city investigator who probed claims of police abuse and misconduct was fired for using racist language that would land a cop in serious trouble, authorities said yesterday.

Chris Macchia was axed from his post at the Civilian Complaint Review Board after the agency found a posting with the “N-word” on his MySpace.com Web page, authorities said.

Macchia, 22, of Queens, referred to a “truck driver nigger” when he described an altercation he and his friends had last Memorial Day weekend.

The entry was one of several postings by Macchia, who identified himself as a city investigator on the Web page. He also boasted about his grades at John Jay College of Criminal Justice and expressed a desire to work with a district attorney’s office or a federal
law enforcement agency.

 At a county fair, you can usually buy hot dogs, funnel cakes and maybe a T-shirt or stuffed animal. But at Pennsylvania’s Clearfield County Fair, three vendors
have some very different items on sale.
The vendors are hawking Nazi and Ku Klux Klan merchandise. A local lawyer became so angry when he found out about the controversial vendors that he chained himself to the county courthouse in protest.

Steve Jarrett was chained to the building for about four hours. He said that he’s not passionate about many things but added that his relatives “died in ovens.”

Jarrett was finally hospitalized for dehydration. He asked a judge to block the sale of the items, saying the county gets tax proceeds from it.

The county denied the allegation and said it would move to dismiss Jarrett’s claim.

 Certain liberal Germans are aghast at the opening of a new exhibit in the northeastern city of Schwerin. This exhibit features the sculpture works of Arno Breker, who was favored by the Fuhrer as well as by Albert Speer (Chief Architect of the Reich, among other titles) for his works depicting the human form in a classical version of perfection. 

Some of these pieces were commissioned for the Reichstag and for the stadium at Nuremberg, and though many of them were destroyed by zealous Communists and traitorous Germans, some survive and can still be seen at the stadium, as was evident with the controversy surrounding their display during the 2006 World Cup. When will Germans grow strong enough once again to stomach the greatness of their past?  Foolhardy Hispanic protesters and their traitorous supporters formed a picket line outside the offices of one Western Sheriff, a feat which would have had many of them spending the night in a gallows in better 

days. 

More than 200 protesters marched through a small area of downtown Phoenix and stopped in front of the office of Maricopa County Sheriff Joe Arpaio, known for female chain gangs and forcing inmates to wear pink underwear. 

The crime these fools allege against the sheriff? He is accused by them of obeying the laws on the books, Arpaio refused to stop arresting illegal immigrants under the human smuggling law, whose authors say the legislation was intended to crack down on violent immigrant smugglers — not the people being smuggled. Of course, this doesn’t flow with the angry brown mob camped out in front of his office. Elias Burmudez, president of activist group Inmigrantes Sin Fronteras, or Immigrants Without Borders, was quoted saying “We have come here, we have begged, we have gotten on our knees,” Bermudez said. “You have not worked with us. The only thing we can tell you is you cannot be our sheriff. “You are pursuing something that goes against the Hispanic community, and we as the Hispanic community will do our most to have you removed from public office, and we will do it through the polls.” Read more »

But some people have taken advantage of America’s openness and tolerance. Some come to this country and refuse to learn English, creating a language barrier for city employees. Others enter the country illegally and use government services by not paying taxes or by committing crime on our streets, further draining resources here in Hazleton.

 Two intrepid young seniors at a Northport, New York high school selected quotes from the Fuhrer’s “Mein Kampf” to appear beneath their photographs in their high school yearbook.
