JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — A Jacksonville high school student was recently beaten and battered at school by three students he said he didn’t even know.

PHILADELPHIA — Police acting on a tip closed in on an abandoned Southwest Philadelphia row house late Wednesday night and captured the third suspect in the death of a police officer shot in a weekend confrontation with bank robbery suspects.

Eric Floyd, 33, and a woman identified as his girlfriend, were taken into custody in a second-floor bedroom of the dilapidated house in the Kingsessing neighborhood with boarded-up windows shortly after 11 p.m. Police Commissioner Charles Ramsey said Floyd was unarmed and did not resist.

Students at the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point butted heads over abortion Thursday. An anti-abortion organization planted 4,000 white crosses on campus to symbolize aborted fetuses, and a student responded by pulling hundreds of them out of the ground.

The exhibit, sponsored by Pointers for Life and posted on Isadore Street outside of the Health Enhancement Center, is called Cemetery of the Innocents and features crosses and anti-abortion and religious signs, one of which reads “Seek Jesus.”

The group has come to expect minor vandalism each time it mounts the exhibit, but students were shocked when Roderick King pulled up many of the crosses in protest. Read more »

Disturbing, gang-like graffiti is cropping up all over a Brooklyn elementary school, marring a playground, classrooms and two teachers’ cars, authorities said.

The troubling words “Jump White People” and abbreviation “JWP” have appeared at Public School 224 in East New York about a dozen times in the past three weeks, and some teachers are concerned that it’s not being taken seriously.

Whenever the prosecutor (Elizabeth Lederer) crossed the street from her office to the courtroom she had to run a gauntlet of protesters who insisted it was a racist trial, the white establishment against blacks; they threatened her life constantly, yelling threats and obscenities and spitting at her. Victory Christian Center was nearly full Monday night as some 3,200 people turned out to show their support for Israel and the Jewish people.

“A Night to Honor Israel” was a festive event, with a full orchestra, choir and soloists singing Israeli music to images of Jerusalem on a large screen, laser lights, dancers, a drum choir and the blowing of the shofar, the traditional ram’s horn.

The event, which included people from dozens of churches and several synagogues and organizations, was held as part of the celebration of the 60th anniversary of the modern state of Israel and was shown live on the church’s Web site. Read more »

Last month the Swiss foreign minister visited Iran and, together with President Ahmadinejad, attended the signing of a multi-billion euro contract for Iran to supply Switzerland with large amounts of natural gas over the next 25 years.

The US State Department immediately condemned the deal and said it would be investigating whether it breached the Iran Sanctions Act. Israel complained too, describing the Swiss minister’s visit to Tehran as an “act unfriendly to Israel”. Various Jewish groups also joined in the protests, including the World Jewish Congress.

This righteous indignation was entirely predictable but more than a little odd nevertheless. On March 30, the Swiss newspaper Sonntag retaliated with the revelation that Israel, supposedly observing an ironclad boycott of all things Iranian, has been buying Iranian oil for years. Read more »

The statement reads as follows:

“An article published on page 1A Monday about a banner that was placed on the Market Street Bridge needs clarification. Our story incorrectly said the message on the banner, which reads “Preserve Our Heritage,” was racist. The story should have said the Web site printed on the bottom of the banner directs people to the Keystone State Skinheads, a self-proclaimed “white nationalist” organization.”

Jurors didn’t immediately agree to convict Orange Taylor III of murdering a fellow Eastern Michigan University student when deliberations began Monday morning.But early in their discussions, it became clear they would be able to render a verdict based on the evidence, the jury forewoman said.Nearly five hours later, they found Taylor guilty of first-degree felony murder, assault with intent to commit sexual penetration, home invasion and larceny. Their decision will send the 21-year-old to prison for the rest of his life.

It seems that in these types of peoples minds that anything collectively regarding white people is always hateful. To openly acknowledge the fact that there is even a “white community” much less issues that it needs to address is always “disturbing” & “hateful”. A 12-year-old boy fatally slashed a man who was attacking his mother at the boarding house where they lived, authorities said.

Salomon Noubissie, 64, died at a hospital after he was slashed across the neck Monday night in the home in the Landover area.

Cpl. Diane Richardson, a spokeswoman for Prince George’s County police, said Wednesday that authorities hadn’t decided whether the boy would be charged with anything. They were reviewing the case with the state’s attorney’s office. Read more »

Assault and criminal damaging charges have been filed against Bengals wide receiver Chris Henry.

Court documents say the victim and eyewitnesses identified Henry. The victim says Henry punched him in the head causing a visible injury and threw a beer bottle at his car, breaking the right rear passenger’s window.

It happened Monday outside an apartment building on Ohio Avenue in Clifton Heights. A warrant has been issued for Henry’s arrest. Chris Henry was suspended for part of last season for his off-field misconduct. Read more »

Once again, the talking heads on TV are scrambling to tell us that we need to look further at Obama and his comments before we judge him.  Once again I bring up the difference between the treatment of Obama and any white person who makes the smallest remark which a black person can interpret into a racial remark. 

My point is not to show that Obama is racist but to show the media’s anti-white bias.

RIVERHEAD, N.Y. - A black father was sentenced to two to four years in prison Wednesday for fatally shooting an intoxicated white teenager during a racially charged confrontation with two carloads of young people at the end of his driveway.

The parents of victim Daniel Cicciaro Jr., 17, were irate after learning that John White did not receive the maximum sentence of 15 years in prison.

White, 54, was convicted in December of second-degree manslaughter and a weapons charge.

“Nice message it sends to society that as long as you’re black and there’s a problem at the end of your driveway you can grab an illegal handgun and shoot someone in the face and get away with it,” an infuriated Daniel Cicciaro Sr. told reporters while dozens of supporters sobbed nearby. Forty-two times on Tuesday afternoon Superior Court Judge D. Gary Steiner asked a Pierce County jury for a show of hands. Forty-two times, all 12 jurors complied.Yes, they signified with their raised right hands, Anthony Casper Dias was guilty of all 20 felony counts against him.

Yes, Dias used a gun in all 20 crimes.

Yes, he formed a separate intent each time he sexually violated two women who were raped repeatedly during a 2005 crime spree in the Tacoma area.

With those raised hands, the jury of seven men and five women condemned Dias as a serial rapist and guaranteed that he’ll be sentenced to a minimum of 100 years in prison when he appears before Steiner again in several weeks.

Dias must serve five years for each gun enhancement. Those terms will run consecutively with no reduction for good time. Read more »

Today we saw blacks on TV explaining to us that when a racist black preacher (Pastor Wright) says things which are unacceptable to the mainstream, we need to look beyond those particular comments.  They say that we need to look inside ourselves or that we need to look at Pastor Wright’s speeches as a whole. 

But what about Don Imus or Dwayne ‘DOG’ Chapman?  Did black leaders say we should look at them as a whole or examine the societal wrongs that brought their racist words out?    No, they simply said that they used an inappropriate word, and now they must be removed from having any public exposure.

Thanks black America, let’s look forward to more lessons on the one-way diversity street.

CHICAGO —  Barack Obama’s controversial pastor and the church he’s served for 36 years may be in hot water over statements he has made from the pulpit in support of the Illinois senator’s run for the White House.
The Rev. Jeremiah Wright Jr. preaches that he follows the righteous path, but when it comes to the federal tax law, his Trinity United Church of Christ may have crossed the line.
Wright praised Obama from the pulpit on Jan. 13 in what was billed as his final sermon at the Chicago church.
“There is a man here who can take this country in a new direction,” Wright said during his sermon, according to recordings obtained by FOX News.
It was not the first time Wright appeared to endorse Obama, who was baptized at Trinity United, has been an active member of the church for two decades and receives spiritual mentorship from Wright.
The title of Obama’s second book, “The Audacity of Hope,” was taken from a sermon by Wright.
During a Christmas sermon, Wright tried to compare Obama’s upbringing to Jesus at the hands of the Romans.
“Barack knows what it means living in a country and a culture that is controlled by rich white people,” Wright said. “Hillary would never know that.
“Hillary ain’t never been called a nigger. Hillary has never had a people defined as a non-person.”

Johnnie “Bro” Martin won round one, and angry jurors blamed a single black juror who accused the others of racism - the juror that a federal judge wouldn’t remove despite prosecutors’ pleas last week.

The drug dealer, accused of moving his ring from Boston to Knoxville, defended himself in U.S. District Court against plotting to kill a witness and heading up a network that wiretaps indicated trafficked $500,000 a month worth of cocaine. The ring also sold marijuana and Ecstasy, prosecutors allege.

The jury split along racial lines, and U.S. District Judge Thomas Phillips declared a mistrial late this afternoon.

Prosecutors have 30 days to decide whether to try Martin again. Assistant U.S. Attorney David Jennings told the court he would file notice tomorrow.

South Africa’s leading human rights agency is investigating why white journalists were barred from a briefing with Jacob Zuma, the leader of the ruling African National Congress (ANC), media reported on Monday. A number of white reporters were asked to leave or refused entry at an event on Friday sponsored by the Forum of Black Journalists (FBJ). Black, Indian and other non-white journalists were allowed into the briefing, where Zuma was the guest speaker.

South Africa’s Talk Radio 702 said it had formally complained to the South African Human Rights Commission after one of its reporters was told to leave the event in a Johannesburg suburb. The commission is expected to make an announcement later on Monday, the Citizen newspaper reported. Source>>>

An eighth-grader at a Greenwood Village middle school says he’s been bullied and attacked because of his German ancestry.Fourteen-year-old Adrian Ulm grew up in Germany, but now attends West Middle School.

He says bullies questioned whether his grandfather was Hitler, and called Adrian a Nazi. The teen says he was also a victim of theft, after other students stole a $100 calculator, markers and pencils. Read more »
